I think it needs mentioned how much affection that the Fairview crowd showed towards the Garnes family this evening. I know it didn't go without notice. Very classy on the part of their fans.

I can see missing walks, block/charges, and over the backs but on a dead ball situation I just don't see how you can miss it when a players jersey is stretch out bigger than LRCW's hoodie.

I have great respect for Zornes as a coach but those teams in the past were much more talented. I guess only time will tell. Anything can happen Rowan beat GRC and that was a much bigger mismatch.

I understand, Zornes is a good coach with a great resume but if you had seen either game between the two you would see he is fighting an uphill battle. Their lack of guard play is difficult to overcome. FWIW, he made a conserted effort to get the score down pressing Rose Hill's JV team late in the contest.

Two big wins in a row by Raceland. Fairview continues to puzzle me.

Took advantage of the bench to cut into the lead. Boyd had 1 fg in the 3rd quarter and shot at least 2 shots off the bottom of the backboard.

What was your district prediction? Because this game wasn't near this close. To me this was a predictable outcome Boyd is very suspect when it comes to handling pressure.
