The roads were awful on my drive home. I know we all want the games to be played and complain when they don't, but in hindsight this should have been cancelled. Regardless of the finances.

It was loud and clear where I was sitting. He did try apologizing immediately, before the ref even T'ed him up.

CCH was up 14 within a few minutes and they never looked back. An all-around depressing performance from Dixie. Hatton played awful by his standards, and had what appeared to be a cheap intentional. Schreck in foul trouble the whole game. Just a bad, bad game.

Thought this game would be a lot closer. Bolden was dominant in the first half but NewCath did a good job doubling in the second half. Also, a solid team effort from NewCath with everyone getting involved.

He needs their games to stop being cancelled.

I don't see Chevy giving him the shots or the minutes. This one should be out of reach for Lloyd in the 4th.

Well, this definitely hurts Hatton's attempt at reaching 3000 points.

Was hoping to make the trip to Scott County for this one. Does anyone know if this game will be rescheduled within the tournament or are they just taking it as a forfeit by Dixie?

I think people are overlooking the efficiency aspect of being a scorer. Draud put up big numbers but averaged a little over 27 shots per game to get there. I'm not sure if Hatton has ever had a game with that many shots. For example, he scored 35 the other night against Conner but only had 13 shot attempts.

I'll take Dixie by 15. They've been playing good defense as of late and Rabe and Schreck have been steadily improving throughout the year.

Zach McCormick, 6'1" Sr - Turpin (OH); committed to Miami (OH) earlier today. McCormick was rumored to transfer to Dixie a few years ago and played with the Travelers this Summer.

Hatton was the starting 2/3 on the #4 16u team last year and is now the starting 2 on what's currently the #9 17u team this year. Just guessing his defense and overall game are good enough for NKU, they just know that he's not interested.

McCormick was only 30% from 3 this past year so not exactly money from deep. His athleticism is unreal though.

Justin Johnson from PCC also, while Braxton Beverly is with the 16's I believe.

I've heard Jackson Davis from Lafayette and Zach McCormick from Turpin (OH) mentioned as well.

Alot closer than the final score would indicate. Great game with a great atmosphere.
