Monster game tonight in Georgetown between surging Lafayette and the hosts, Scott County. Does Lafayette have any chance at beating SC at their home?

Sorry, is this real or am I just missing the sarcasm? In one thread I hear Pat's is a threat to Mason Co with their new dudes, then in another thread I see a complaint that NewCath (minus their two best players, mind you) ran it up on them? Which is it?

The trip to Anderson Co from Woodford Co is obviously a breeze, but that trip to Spencer Co for district games has to be close to 50 miles each way. I would assume Collins and Shelby Co are each close to 40 miles from Woodford Co -- lot of intra-district mileage for the Jackets.

I think Corbin gets this game by 10 points, or thereabouts. Should be a great atmosphere, but I think the home team wins a hard-fought game and pulls away late from the FT line.

With Graves Co. in that 25-30 area -- nice representation from Region 1 way out west.

Fern Creek needs to give Doss their full attention or that game could get dicey for them. 6th Region may be the 2nd best Region in the state this year, with only the 11th ahead of them. 7th is really just a two-team deal this year, just like the 9th. Love the LIT....but not as much as the KOB.

While there are 3 other really good games today as well being played out at Valley in the LIT, in my mind, the game of the day will be Ballard and Butler. Does Butler, coming off a marathon vs. St. Xavier, have anything left in the tank for Ballard and their relentless pressure?

Shocked to see this score out of Lexington, especially given that the Top 10 Knights were the home team. Anyone have details?

Didn't see this one posted, but thought it deserved a thread as well. Top 10 Pulaski County seemed to have no problem with Somerset, who entered the game with a gaudy 15-2 record.

They are playing better now than they were early in the year, but that 1-5 start against good (not great) teams can't be ignored.
