Agreed. To my knowledge he lives in theBryan Station zone and did so while attending Scott Co. Not sure what address he used while attending SC so who knows. He left EJ and when he did so he wasn't classified as a Senior. He has since gotten enough credits to become a senior but what I'm told is he is missing a few "mainstream" courses. Take from that what you will.

Yes I do. They had lots of kids who have gained a lot of experience. They are now Juniors and Seniors.

They are athletes more than basketball players (and they are, as usual, very athletic). Who's they're pg? Consistent scorer? They are the third best team in their district. Getting Ronnie Carson from Scott County from East Jessamine may or may not help. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Will KCC find success at Rupp like the Shelby Valley team that went as seniors?

When do they scrimmage? I assume that will be a good game.

There is one reason and one reason only this happened....Catholic's basketball program, talent wise, is on the decline. They have a new headmaster and AD...looks like they want to go back to the "golden years." I agree with Purple Pride...soon as that first big "transfer" happens, it will hit the fan and here we go. IMO they want to follow (or make up) their own rules...not have them dictated by a public school system.

Only guarantee in the 9th is there will be a new winner. This region is ultra competitive and never seems to have a repeat champion. If so, doesn't happen very often.

It looks like to me the 11th is wide open with at least 5-6 teams capable of winning it. Hasn't been that way for a while.

Knew the blame game was coming. Frankfort never moved the ball until they spread out FC...in the 4th quarter. When Frankfort scored why go for two? Kick the extra point and make it a one score game. Go for two...game over. FC is better. Score not indicative of the game. It really wasn't that close. I do wish Frankfort luck against beechwood in the playoffs. Seems that it what it always comes down to. Enough of the sour grapes...by rule players cannot lead with the crown of the helmet and the horse collar call was easy. Explain the numerous false start penalties? Get that fixed and Frankfort will be a tough out.

The comment was both teams have a lot to prove. Neither have anything to prove. It is all about bragging rights. I referred to their weak district...didn't say a thing about non district schedule. If you read anything other that what was written...well...not much I can do about that.

If any team needs "material" for this game they need not dress.

What's to prove? Neither have to face any team like the other in the playoffs. Bragging rights is all. Frankfort is very good considering their numbers but the weak district they play in (no fault of their own) doesn't help.

Play every year a team will eventually find that acorn.

Two things: raw talent? Might be raw but how "talented" is up for debate. Good players? Yes. Overly talented? Maybe. Secondly, IMO their record doesn't indicate their year. Played a tougher schedule and was very competitive. One cannot expect a team to play 10th region teams all year and expect to get better. I applaud Coach Kendall for stepping up the schedule. Won a district title and lost in the regional semis to the eventual region champ.

Franklin County plays too fast and has too many weapons. Close until half then mid to late 3rd blowout city...twice with how many losses?

FHS will never beat Franklin County with only dressing 25 or so players. 42-21.
