That looks about right. Might flip Letcher Central with Leslie, though.

I don't think Hazard is ranked 3rd in the region this year. I agree with Knott and Perry's rankings, but believe that Hazard will be more of a 5 ranking. I see it as follows:

 

1. Knott

2. Perry

3. Buckhorn

4. Leslie

5. Hazard

6. Letcher

7. Breathitt

8. JBS

9. Wolfe

10. Estill

 

From my understanding, the 3 foreign transfers are not eligible to play for Hazard and have since left. One transferred to JBS, which should help them compete against Letcher in the district. Wells is a nice player for Hazard, but, after losing 5 of their top 6 players from last year, they have some rebuilding to do.

I disagree with Jones being 9th, he should be a lot higher IMO. As far as the top 10, I pretty much agree with it. With JBS new additions you could see them sneak into the top 10 pretty soon.

Is this the year KCC gets a decent draw at Rupp and makes a run at the big prize?

I thought Knott had a decent draw last season. At some point, you just have to take care of business. I believe Knott has the tools to go deep in the tourney. Good luck to them.
