Basketball season for 2014/2015 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Bryan Station. Remember, please be constructive.

IMO on paper Bryan Station is the best team in the 11th region. When the football players WR CJ Walker#16, WR Tequan Claitt #6, CB Mahari Sturgis #4, WR Ralphel Few #1, and QB Andre Davis #2 return to the hardwood, things will be ugly for opposing teams. Bryan Station has two juniors 6'6 DeAndre Dishman and 6'3 Timothy Dunn, who received limited playing time last year will be major contributors this year. I heard they have a 6'7 athletic transfer as well that will also contribute. They are under a new coaching staff and depends on how they can get these kids to respond remains to be the question.

No question Bryan station is a little under the radar. Extremely extremely athletic. At best right now they are the 4th best in the region. Not enough pure basketball players I think to win the region!

Is it a whole new staff or just a new head coach with the same assistants?

I think every one is new except one assistant.

Is Jaron Brown still on the staff?

Unfortunately he's not. He now the Head Coach at Lexington Traditional Middle School.

That's a pretty good gig for him. I'd say he's pretty familiar with a lot of the kids at the school. I'd say they'll be tough this season. I'm glad he found a gig.

They are athletes more than basketball players (and they are, as usual, very athletic). Who's they're pg? Consistent scorer? They are the third best team in their district. Getting Ronnie Carson from Scott County from East Jessamine may or may not help. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Hickory, with Tisdale out for Henry Clay, do you still think they have enough on that team to be successful? I am asking because I dont know who else they had around him.

Yes I do. They had lots of kids who have gained a lot of experience. They are now Juniors and Seniors.
