That's unfortunate. It happens. I'm sick of 9th region fans always complaining about the refs. I'm 100% sure a majority of 9th region fans will complain about the refs when they play away at an out of region opponent. That's what you guys do.:cry::cry:

You'll learn soon that the only competent officials in the state are in the 9th region. You'll see. Complaining about other region's refs is something these guys are pros at.

Wow. Is thin skin in the DNA of 9th region people? You wouldn't bust a grape. Talking all that smack. "Wouldn't be friendly." If something did happen and it was sanctioned you'd cry about the refs.

Anybody crying about publics and privates being together is being a big old baby. There isn't a school in this state who hasn't benefitted from an out of district student at some point in that school's history whether it is academically, athletically or financially. Quit being babies and beat somebody.

As of today I don't see how anybody can say CCH isn't the best team in the 9th. You're making excuses for the other teams if you say otherwise. I hope Dixie wins the 9th.

I see it as bias and if you don't speak of CCH or 9th region teams as he sees how they should be ranked then you're an idiot. Same song as last season. We are the greatest blah blah blah. The rankings suck blah blah blah. He's only seen one half of NCC but I bet he thinks CCH is better than NCC. I mean he knows CCH is better than NCC.

I'm with you. No way these rankings are better than what BGP puts out. Wayne County, Covington Catholic aren't top 10 teams yet. Knott County isn't top 5 and neither is NCC. Graves County isn't 11. Lafayette is top 5-7 in the state. Lincoln County lost to Lexington Catholic but are ranked higher than them? Yeah that makes sense. Henderson County 17? False. Iroquois? Bullitt East 21 and Warren Central is 25? This poll is horrible and does nothing to add credibility to their national rankings. Just like football.

Sorry. Been too busy. I don't embarrass easy either. I don't get to spend as much time on here as I would like and definitely not as much as #1ukfan. I assumed that was evident from my lack of posts despite being a member for over a year but I guess some folks don't apply attention to detail in their lives. I'm out of town at the moment and have a brief moment while I am waiting for my significant other to finish shopping so here you go. It was 17-11 Lexington Catholic at halftime. The second half started LC promptly whipped our tail. That's about all there is to say about it. The better team won. Congrats to LC and good luck next weekend. Mercer will be back. We are headed in the right direction. Freshman LB Grayson Blevins led all freshmen in the state in tackles according to MaxPreps.

Maybe it is because Coach Pardue is smarter than people want to give him credit for. Boyle had a pretty good defense this year. Held Warren Central to 16 points. Anderson County scored 27 I think. LexCath had one of their worst games offensively against them. I'm thinking Pardue had Mercer well prepared to win this game against an above average defense.

I'd have to wait until after Mercer defeated them. Not a lot to say that we would agree upon before the game.

I'm going to say this also for all the people who have a problem with me. These are my thoughts and feelings. I'm going to dish it to Boyle people as much as often. Just because there are some on here that are nice and gracious doesn't meant they all are. There is a lot of trash talking going on between both schools and I am having fun for the most part. If people get mad I really don't care. I'll never talk bad about any kids or coaches but I will talk when we win and I'll eat crow when we lose. Just like I did in the Boyle County 2013 thread. I tried to tell people Mercer was coming and everybody laughed and talked about our 2A title that we had no control over. Ever since Mercer and Harrodsburg merged we have taken crap for having pride in our program just like everyone else on here. I'd like to see any program go through what Mercer has been through the last 5 years and see how many end up where we are at now. I love my Titans and you will always hear me roar after all the crap I had to take and now I am vindicated. I can be bold and brash and yeah, after I apologized and admitted I was wrong in the Boyle County thread I was pissed only one person acknowledged it. That's me though and not the team. I'm going to be me and you don't have to like me or respect me. Don't care. Don't hate on the team because of me. That's not fair to them.

I like this! I remember going back and forth with you and I like that you own up just like I did in the Boyle County thread. The team definitely is focused and they know what is at stake for them this week. I'm proud of them either the way. The first monkey is off of their back.

This is one of the few games Mercer feels they gave away this season. I know the score was 34-6 LC but we shot ourselves in the foot over and over and over that game. I hope LC is expecting to see that Mercer this week. I hope LC is happy to see Mercer this week. The game will be much different this time around.

The future is really bright. We might see Boyle and Mercer become the top 2 teams in the district over the next couple of years.

And we'll see what you guys have next year. I sure hope it isn't that stellar defense that shut down Warren Central that is taking over. Bo Hodge deserves better.

Mercer is a baseball school now too. :lol:
