IMO this will be the best football game in the state. These two teams have had great seasons and are good enough to beat each other. The game is about even as it can get.

CALs defense will keep them in the game regardless, but, they'll still need to find a way to generate some points, because as good as that D is, Desales has a good enough offense that they're going to still put a few points on the board against anyone.

Nathan Christmas was injured prior to the Bardstown game. We were told torn ACL but I don't have confirmation on that. I do know that the sophomore backup quarterback played in the Bardstown game, and played reasonably well in the second half, but obviously not nearly as effective as Christmas.

Great matchup.... in bad weather give me the Colts 20-13. If dry and precisely 57 degrees at kickoff I'll take CAL 21-20.
