Okay. I'll be sure to make note of the color of everyone's skin around me and report on it from now on. Like he couldn't have just said gentlemen. he said it like he should receive a diversity award or something for taking the time to sit next to and talk to two black gentlemen. He obviously doesn't get that opportunity that much.

Why is the color of their skin relevant to the discussion? You must not get out much if the only time you see black gentlemen is when Holmes is involved. And in the lower arena too!!!!!! They probably got their tickets free too, I bet. Well, you are an old guy. I tell you what......NKY just keeps getting better and better.

For the record I just want to say that I love Coach Pardue and what he is doing but Mercer County should have never let Marty Jaggers go. I definitely agree that Mercer County parents are pieces of work. To their credit they are better now than what they used to be.

I hate Boyle for lots of reasons. Partly because Boyle people think they invented football ever since they started winning. They don't know anymore than what they did when they sucked. Boyle struck lightning with Chuck Smith and how they did Coach Pardue is an example of how ridiculous Boyle people are. I can't wait to see Coach Pardue get revenge starting next season. I hope he runs the score up on them like Boyle always did to everybody else. Now that Chuck Smith is available how long does Coach French have at Boyle now? When Boyle sucks this year they'll run Coach French out making him the scapegoat for Boyle's problems and then assistant coach Smith will take over. That's the one going around now and I am sure you have heard the same. Boyle may as well just quit beating around the bush. If the rumors are true. Why hire Chuck Smith as an assistant when we'll all know why he is there. Coach French deserves better. And that will give me even more reason to hate Boyle.

Okay what is the deal? I'm surprised no one started this thread. I heard Chuck Smith was coming back to Mercer County to coach with his good friend Chris Pardue. I heard Chuck Smith can't coach next year because of his buyout clause with UK. I heard Chuck Smith was going to South Warren to coach with his son Brandon. I heard Chuck Smith may be applying at Boone County. I heard Chuck Smith accepted the job at Dunbar. I heard Chuck Smith declined the job at Dunbar. I heard Chuck Smith will be back coaching at Boyle County next season. I heard Chuck Smith will never coach again. Anybody else heard any good Chuck Smith rumors? I hope he goes to Mercer County so we can watch he and Pardue ruin the Boyle County program. The Boyle County program is getting ready to see some dark clouds soon anyways but watching those two bring those clouds in would be the icing on the cake.

Then don't say until Mercer beats them in any kind of sport it is just talk. That's what you said.

You must not be from around here. Boyle can only beat Mercer in football and sometimes basketball. We own Boyle in everything else. Ask them. After next year we'll own them in everything.

Looks like Mercer will be winning district in the near future then.

They should be glad all of Mercer's freshman are playing varsity then. Congrats on the freshman title that should have a * next to it. I can't wait until next year.

Mercer County is going to defeat Boyle easily the next 5 years. Those who don't believe that are in denial or they haven't been paying attention. Wait until Chuck Smith gets fired and goes to work at Mercer as Pardue's assistant. Mercer will own Boyle County and beat them with their own coaches. Watch and see. Who were you with!!! is gonna be the new chant.

Maybe Danville will will quit in the 2nd quarter this year so people can get home before Isaac hits. Last time the bell was messed with the score was 50-0 after the 1st quarter is what I am hearing.

Like I said. Danville is going to get destroyed tonight. For sure now.

I love Mercer County but if we are going to be honest then I know they will get hammered this week. Mercer isn't ready to compete with a top 6A team. Yet.

Denny Davis is his father. The new superintendent. He was the qb under Coach French.

I think he should. Can't have his boys scared of anyone when they hit the field. When he tells his boys that on Friday he'll be telling the truth this time.

That is pretty cool of him. He helped make the Rebels what they used to be.

All that Simon Kenton has to do is get a lead in the 3rd quarter and Danville will quit. That's what they do.

The Rebels are going down. Jacob Tamme isn't walking through that door. Lamar Dawson isn't walking through that door. It isn't 2003 anymore. As long as the Bluebirds are 4A the Rebels will never win state again. The Rebels will never beat the Bluebirds again.
