You are correct Getslow..... Louisville Collegiate did knock Brossart out last year. I think Brossart will get them this year in a close game. Brossart is peaking at the right time and playing very well as a team and they can go 8 to 9 deep if need be and get some good minutes from there bench. Brossart can hurt you from alot of areas and IMO I think it'll be enough to get a first round win.

I agree this is a mismatch on paper BUT..... Sometimes theres games when you can throw records out. I do think NCC will win but hopefully they are all clicking on all cylinders with the health issues and If NCC has everyone back healthy they should win this one going away.

Well all you can do is keep clicking away and keep working hard. Hopefully she can get back soon. Injuries can kill a team but its just something you cant contol and every team has to deal with them.

I knew she hurt her knee but I didnt know how long she would be out. Any time frame on her return? That is a big loss not having Conley.

Brossart will play Louisville Collegiate on Thursday at 1. After looking at KHSAA Louisville Collegiate is 11-6. Dont know much more about them.

I agree with paNDA, Holy Cross made adjustments after Brossart had a two point lead at half and Brossart could never recover. I believe Brossart had a couple players that were banged up not playing but when a team makes a 16 to 4 run Im assuming you would wanna make some changes to stop the bleeding?????? I just dont understand Brossart. They can beat some good teams then completely look like a whole different team. There inconsistant at times and that will catch up to you (as it did against HC). No team is perfect and anyone can beat anyone on a given night but Holy Cross earned it and played well. I guess time will tell if they can figure it out and play consistant and make a changes when needed cause it seems teams are figuring out what they do and Brossart has no answers!

I know its to get people to reply and carry it on but go through this site and look at all the other conversations. Theres ALOT to chat about on this site. And I understand coaches do alot, I used to coach high school and i know the sacrifices but when I coached it wasnt the BGP site I went to to check rankings. I know its a site to chat about all of our opinions and Im guilty as everyone else on here reading things but Im just stating about the rankings that it doesnt really matter until the season is over and where your team finished. Like I said.... Anyone can beat anyone on a given night.

We could sit on here all day long and debate the order nky teams should be in but does it really matter?????? Yes it kinda gives you a glimpse of what people are saying and thinking about all the teams and were all hoping our team will be up towards the top but really until the year is over with and we all look back and see where our teams finished it doesnt matter. Cause if any of these teams ranked in the top ten ( in some peoples opinions) go and lose then Im assuming we'll have to start all over again and relign the list????? Its girls high school basketball..... Anyone can beat anyone on a given night! I just hope when the year is over my daughters team was successful and she had a good time and got better.

I think Simon Kenton has a good team BUT..... Lets see in the next few weeks when they really hit there strength of there schedule. Im not taking nothing away from them now but I wanna see what they can do in the next few weeks.

If both teams have everyone playing, I'll take Highlands by 3. Should be a great game! Good luck to both teams.
