EHSNKY

A little pay back for football!

Who are the lucky people that get to vote for the state polls?

I agree. I would have expecetd CCH to crack the top 25 and would have expected NCC to drop out.

CCH just beat LouKY St Xavier 7-3.

It looks like the kids are listed with the schools they will be attending, not who they played for last.

My understanding is that the Gruber Shack is ready to go for the season.:ylsuper:

The team they beat was not from Walton. 2 kids from CCH, Ryan Eckerle and Josh Galvin, put the team together with two of their friends, Luke Moeves, and Brayden Conner.

Here is a link to the website for the Autism Awareness Baseball Tournament, Calendar. JV teams that are participating are CCH, Brossart, Holy Cross and NCC. :thumb:

Sounds like the old Roar team coached by one of the parents. Schuh, Schumate and Theobald were at the Shining Stars tryouts. Romes didn't attend due to an injury.

If it is the same Shining Stars team from last year you will have Grant Romes, Matthew Schumate and Cooper Theobald from CCH. I believe Jason Covington was on the team as well from NCC.

Where was Caple for Dixie?

Who caught for Dixie?

Speculating is how rumors start. Never a good thing.

He played for the Shining Stars program last year. It will be very tough to play high school baseball at the JV/Varisty level and also play AAU basketball.

Who won?

Is there a final score?

Any updates?

America's favorite pastime mixed with a great cause...sounds like a good time!

Anyone have the box score?

Both teams have 8th graders playing varsity, Austin Crawford and Cole VonHandorf. Nice to see each contribute in this game.

I don't have any skin in the game yet. It was just a statement of fact. You took it to another direction and you seem to be bitter about it. Many JV teams play only sophmores and the smaller schools have to play juniors. Another statement of facts.

CCH beat Scott in the pre-season. NCC spanked CCH in a regular season game. Both Scott and NCC have juniors playing.

Good to Heppler back in action. Might see some JV time before the season is over.

The girl that sang The National Anthem was great.

Don't quote me, but I heard it was 56-43. Was told that Galvin just got back from a left ankle fracture and this was his right. They said the St X trainer was at the game. JV team doesn't have many players as it stands now. Maybe Will Heppler can shake the rust off and dress JV for a few games.
