Just got a text from a NewCath hoops parent saying Drew McDonald got an offer from NKU.

 

Also said that Western Illinois University has expressed interest in Zach Pangallo and Eastern Kentucky University is showing alot of interest in Jake Schulte.

Drew also went on unofficial visits to Western Kentucky and Wright State recently as well. Spent the entire day on both campuses, attended basketball games and met with the coaching staffs and players of both schools. I was told that he really liked both programs.

 

I have a feeling this is just the beginning for young Mr. McDonald.

Everybody i spoke to at Rupp said they had the best team this year in the 9th.

McDonald 6'6", maybe 6'7".

 

Schulte 6'8".

That is great news for the NewCath trio.

Who are they playing AAU ball with this year?

McDonald with the Travlers. How about the others?

Pangallo plays baseball.I heard Shining Stars are trying to get him.

You didn't talk to me then. Holmes had the best player and the best team in the 9th this year. Their easiest game of the regional was against Ncc. Good to hear they have guys getting offers though. I think Seibert could play somewhere too.

G1 ... I agree with you on Seibert. He has good size and the athletic ability to play somewhere on the next level. I could see him going to a Thomas More and becoming very good player there.

Last I checked, the best team in a given region is the team that wins that region. Perhaps you were visiting Rupp at some time other than the state tournament.
