My point is that Dixie has a deep class of tall kids that can dunk. Doesn't mean there great.

We all know that you need to be a basketball player first. But jumping higher than the other player is a BIG help. Just like being taller. But SKILL is always first.

Is this better?? Dunking in warmups shows the players ability to jump.

Dixie's Sophs class is very deep. The class doesn't have a STAR player but it's very deep and has lots of size. They are also athletic as I saw 3 of the kids dunk the ball!! Don't think anyother soph class has 3 kids dunking. Coach Chev has a lot to work with over the next couple years.

With Dixie playing only 14 - 15 players the 2nd half is what hurts Dixie. I think the weather cooling down helps Dixie a lot in this one.

The nkyfl is all about wins and losses. Not getting the best out of each player. Kids develop at different ages. I think some good football players never step on the field.

Dixie wins big 25 to 0. Games called at half for heat index.

Dixies O and D line are on life suport. Can Dixie produce a good lineman?

. I think the nose tackle the d line was in the back field all game. This team is big on both o and d lines. Tall end had a couple sacks so did 75.

Dont have the name. He played for T.F. last year, don't think he played youth football. The team did add 4 new players from N.K.Y.F.L. along with what they already have = a strong team.

Why didn't that kid start. Number 38 is a game changer!

Same..... Dixie gets killed. Kids playing both ways at a 6a school= big loss to HHS.

Kids 5'8 185 pounds and the strongest kid on the team. He trys to run people over. The only thing that may be Dixies down fall is numbers. They got about 25 on the team. Out of the 25 maybe 15 play.

Dixie wins by 14. Dixie will have a few key players out, but still pull this one out. This team was runner up in the middle school last year. They also added 4 NKYFL all stars to there roster.

Was told he scored 24 on A.O.P. a very good a.a.u. team. They have 2 Holmes players and the big kid going to S.H. first name Conner.

Wasn't Niehaus he is 6'2 or 6'3 this kid was 3 inches taller then Hedger.

We have all seen the 6'2 7th grade center that never grows and now he has to play guard. I don't know if the too freshman at Dixie will be any good. I just seen them dunking at SOS at half time. Thats when I started watching the game. Like I said before I bet you can count on one hand how many NKY kids can dunk at 14.

My friend is one of the coaches of the NKY Bulldogs u14. He said Hedger lead the team in rebounding blocked shots and 2nd in scoring. Not bad for the 5th best player on the floor.

So there are 4 better down low players on his team??? I only seen 1 other kid over 6 foot tall? You can't play 5 under 6 foot players.

Just talked to a friend of mine that knows the Dixie freshman class. That kid is Hedger, said he's 6'3 or 6'4 and has size 15 shoes!! So maybe he'll get taller. What got to me was my buddy telling me that Hedger didn't make the 7th grade team. Then started on the 8th grade team. What is wrong with Dixie/Turkeyfoot not finding talent. What if this kid goes to another school? I'm a Dixie fan so this gets to me a bit!!

They were playing Campbel County's j.v. team. I didn't think they were incoming freshman. The to Dixie kids looked taller than anyone on the j.v. team. After I saw them dunking at half time time I ask a parent were they go to high school. The guy told me there not in high school yet, but they will go to Dixie.

The shorter kid scored a lot in the post. The taller one block a lot of shots. Both kids play with there back to the basket. Not many to be freshman can dunk in northern Kentucky. I think they will see some playing time next year. Dixies big men are gone after this year.

. The freshman team has 24 kids on it. No reason a 6a school should have that low of numbers. Lack of coaches finding talent. Other school build at lower levels not Dixie.
