How can you add a kid that didn't play much last year?

I don't remeber Verche even playing last season. Maybe he got in a bit. Hedger play very well vs SK last year.

He's playing aau basketball now. I think he will go to a few camps. Also was asked to visit wku by coach summers.

Every bit of 6'4-6'5. Started at center for the bball team as a 10th grader.

I agree True is the better TE. Hedger did enter spring football at 220 this year. True is stronger and a better blocker. Hedger best hands of any nky TE and 6'5 with a big frame.

Agree kid didn't play TE much last year. Dont know why his name came up for top TE. I think if he plays at the next level at TE He's going to have to gain a ton of weight. I think he's under 200lbs??

For Dixie. Drew More at qb. Will only get better. Also Dixie will have 2 realy good Lb returning. Look forJohnson at o/d line to be big time this year . Hedger at TE Dixie coaches are talking about his off season weight gain now at 6'5 220.

The 2nd team is coming in with a lot of hype and raw athleticism but it is unproven on the big stage of Friday Nights! My prediction is the experience of the first team will only take them so far. The talent of the second team will start off slow because of their lack of experience. But by the time districts roll around they will have it all figured out. In the end it will be the younger group coming out on top in 2013 and playing for the 'ship in BG!! The younger group did not play well at the freshman level. Thats all I ment to say. Maybe they got better.

I remember when Dixies Sphomores where Freshman they beat SK by 30 or 40.

Dixie beat SK last year with young guys all over the feild. Dixie Sphomore's are bigger and stronger than last year. I think it will come down to Dixie and SK. Dixie's qb Drew More has size 6'3 and very fast good arm. TE Andrew Hedger is 6'5 220 is one of the top TE's in NKY. Also Lineman Johnson should be one of the best in NKY.

Drew more will help dixie. He is not 6'4 more around 6'2. He will not help Dixie in the post.

Schreck Rabe Niehause Hedger. Top 4 10th grade dixie players. Schreck leads that group in scoring. Rabe best point gaurd. Hedger lead in rebounds and lead the team in blocked shots.

Yes should be fun. Dixie's QB More and TE Hedger will be jr's this year. Along with Johnson big strong DL OL. And a strong LB core of seniors. This should be a good year for Dixie. I think this team could be SK 2012.

Dixie will return 9 starters on offense. Dixie beat SK and Conner last year. With the feet of Drew More and a good passing game Dixie should be good. Dixie returns one of nky top tight ends In Andrew Hedger. Who will be a main target for More.

Some kids don't like to hit. Plane and simple. The skill set it takes to play both sports is rare. Not many kids play both sports well. Body types for both games is so different. How many kids start on there high school football and basketball team? Not many.

Dixie's you big guy played well in OT. Game was a little sloppy on both sides.
