BW had 7 titles in the 90's to Mayfield's 1. Since 2000 each have had 3 state titles. NCC's goals are simply to win a state title. Not a BW fan at all but that's a ridiculous effort on your part to somehow seperate yourself from BW because Mayfield has had success the past few years against them. Silly argument. But way to put Mayfield in with Trinity and Highlands.

To some extent NCC and BW? BW has 11 state titles. NCC has been in the title 8 out of the last 12 years I believe. In 05 beat Mayfield 42-7 I might add. Tell how you put them on the fringe when it comes to those others?

I believe his family was originally from the area but because his dad's coaching jobs they hopped around a bunch. I think he moved from Tennesee to come to Newport. This is the first I heard of it and if true it's best they get a replacement quicker than this last time. Can hurt your turnout during the off season, something that school can't afford.

NCC folk don't look for the easy way. I think they want to be tested to be prepared for a state run. Maybe the EXPERTS saw that while GC was playing Ludlow and Trimble County(all due respect to those teams), NCC was playing Dixie and Simon Kenton. I think the EXPERTS maybe are just regular ole city folk who are making educated guesses based off what they know about the teams, who they played, and so on. NCC will not take GC lightly because of what people say on here. Looking forward to a hard fought game.
