30dad Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 Gallatin led 21-20 at the half. Carroll County had 2 chances early in the 3rd quarter when they were deep in GC territory. They turned the ball over on downs the first time and fumbled the 2nd. Once again turnovers and penalties killed the Panthers. 3 INT's and 3 lost fumbles was the story. Congrats to Gallatin as they move on to face NCC.
Sawville Soldier Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 Sloppy start for the Wildcats but we did capitalize on turnovers by Carroll in 2nd half. It was a fun game and a great atmosphere to be in. Bring on the 'Breds! Go Cats!

fbfan Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 Congrats to GC on another hard fought win. Carroll was well prepared and played a tough game. Turnovers were the key to the game. GC's defense did a good job of forcing them and taking advantage of them. As for the penalties, there were many more that could have been called. The Cats their work cut out for them vs. NCC, but anything can happen in the playoffs.
