  1. That's because your region isn't as good as ours. (for those of you who didn't pick it up, there was sarcasm in that)
  2. With their current school enrollment, Cooper would be a 5A school. They are currently listed as a 4A for next year because of numbers used from the first two years of the schools young life. Current enrollment would put Cooper at a 5A size.
  3. Cooper was started as a 6A school but with this re-alignment they are using Cooper's first two years to place them. With Cooper's current enrollment though, they would be a 5A school.
  4. I know Lars persoanlly and this sounds exactly like something that he would write. He lived in Ft. Thomas his whole life and has a great sense of humor, as you can see. Unfortunatly for you BF he is attending the University of Kansas now.
  5. I left at halftime and the score was Highlands 29 Cooper 0 #28 for Highlands had a couple nice runs. #31 returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown.
  6. Losing two starting offensive linemen sure didn't help either...
  7. Not trying to thread jack but I heard recently that Anderson and Turpin may have to combine into one school if a levy isn't passed to pay for both schools. Imagine how scary that team could be...
  8. I think one think that will really benefit the Jags in this game is that week one matchup against JC. It seems like even though they lost that game, it gave the kids at Cooper a realization that they can compete and they aren't some school that is going to get run over by everyone. I think this game is going to be a good one. I know that it is up for game of the week on WCPO's website.
  9. The one thing that is currently hurting football in KY is the fact that basketball gets priority in June IMO.
  10. What's everyone think? Has potential to be a good game!
  11. Florida is my number one Louisville is my number two (especially since Strong is the head man now) Notre Dame is strangely starting to grow on me. I guess it's the Lou Holtz books I've been reading lately.
  12. Anderson will beat Boone easily. Ryle will beat Boone easily. Then to say that Campbell, Conner, Cooper, and Dixie are no match whatsoever... Well you better just get the crow ready.
  13. Anderson wins not by as much as last year, but by a large margin still. I say: Anderson 48 Boone 14
  14. I believe Bradley ran for 98 yards and two scores. Seeing as how Morris has emerged as someone who Cooper can rely on to throw the ball, I doubt Bradley will show the numbers he had last year. Kid is still IMO one of the top 3 backs in NKY. When he does get the ball he runs as hard as anyone and with him and Morris, Cooper could be a sleeper this year.
  15. Anderson game will probably look a lot like it did last year. Ohio is a whole other world in football... That being said, congrats to Boone on another good win. How did Oppenheimer(sp) do?
  16. I am taking UofL mainly because I am a huge Charlie Strong fan. I know nothing about these two teams other than that so I am going to say UofL 28 UK 24.
  17. No Bradley rushed for 180 yards and 3 touchdowns last week against Johnson Central.
  18. Was a very entertaining game last year, excited to see what happens this year. I think Cooper takes this one, but I will not post a score!
  19. Hey that's better than some varsity kickers!
  20. I think Bradley had 180 on the night against a quality opponent. Definitely one of the top backs in the state! Good luck to both teams the rest of the year!
  21. It was actually 2 Varsity quarters, 1 JV quarter, and 1 Freshman quarter. Had Bradley played, this game would have probably been worse. Best of luck to both schools though.
