  1. Oldham down by 2 with 4 seconds left. McMurtrey goes coast to coast makes the layup and gets foulded. Goes to the line and knocks it down. Oldham wins by 1. Sounds like a A-Mac attack in Trimble Co. last night she ended up with 32 points. Want to add congrats to Trimble Co. they played hard and Kerrie seems to always gets the most out of her teams.
  2. Congrats to Rianna and Jasmine as well as the rest of the girls. I have had a chance to see most of these girls play this season and know that are all deserving of this honor.
  3. Agreed it does seem odd but let's try to keep this one about Ashley. We can start another forum if we want to discuss the coach.
  4. Congrats to Ashley who scored her 1000th point in route to a 23 point performance. Way to work A-Mac!!!!!
  5. I don't disagree with you at all about Sydney's ability. She is a very versitle and can do so many things well. So please don't take my comments that she shouldn't be considered as dismissing her ability. One point of contention I would have is that Gayheart is a prolific passer as well and IMO see's the floor and passes the ball as good or better than anyone in the state. Both players are very enjoyable to watch and I just consider myself fortunate to be able to watch them.
  6. I like these picks and the order.
  7. No not confused. Just amazed that you would try to enter Sydney into this discussion. While Sydney is a great player and I understand your enthusiasm she's not a contender for Best Point Guard in NKY.
  8. That would be a tuff question to answer I think you would have to ask someone at Conner.
  9. Tough to argue with that choice.
  10. No No! Don't be confused they just starting randomly putting kids in the 1000 point club this year. Of course they verify the players total points. Unbelievable that you would even question that on here. Sour grapes in the mix somewhere.
  11. Congrats to the Ladycats and Coach Clinkenbeard!!!
  12. Congrats to Kara who scored her 1000th point a long the way to a 15 point performance against Monroe Co. in the All A Classic!!
  13. Tried ihigh can't find it. Anyone have a idea?
  14. Kara Taulbee #33 for Walton was a combined 13 for 17 from 3 in the semi and final. She scored 22 points in just 8 minutes of play in the semi. and had 23 in the final. I was super impressed with her shooting but was also very impressed with her ball handling and decision making. Great player!!!!! I thought she was very deserving of the tournament MVP.
  15. If things go as they should. (not counting any eggs before they hatch) but Walton should play Owen County saturday in the 8th All A Championship Game.
  16. I still have no clue what your talking about but Walton was the better team and won the game.
  17. No it makes perfect sense. You don't start the game already up 27 points. They did not come out very intense from the start. I think madman's point is if they play with intensity and shoot well they win that game by 47.
  18. Congratulations to Rianna Gayheart for becoming the Owen County Lady Rebels all time leading scorer!!!!
  19. I'd have to say I agree. Walton is playing very well right now and I think the timing is right for them to knock off Boone.
