Walton shot the lights out tonight. From behind the 3 point line they were 15 of 33. Taulbee led Walton in scoring with 25 points (played 18 minutes) followed by Slavey with 17 points (played 12 minutes). Congrats to the Lady Cats and good luck on Friday.

One more 3 and Kara Taulbee would have tied the record for all A 3 pointers made. Congrat WV. Get rest and get ready.

Good job to the girls from Walton-Verona for taking care of business.

Just looked at the box score...Kara Taulbee and Katie Slavey must have put on a shooting clinic...a combined 11 for 19 from 3 land...Molly Clinkenbeard with 9 assists, team total of 27 assists for 31 made baskets, great team effort. Also, Courtney Sandlin with 6 steals and 3 assists to go with her 11 points and Jenalee Ginn with 5 assists and 4 steals. Here is a link to the game's box score and play by play:

Congrats Bearcats and good luck on Friday!

Kara Taulbee was huge tonight. 20 points in the 2nd quarter. I believe she has amassed 999 points in her Varsity career. Friday looks to be a big day for her and the Lady Bearcats. Good Luck!!

Where did she play before she came to WV? Is she a junior or senior?

I've only seen her play a few of times and shot the lights out everytime. Is she wanting to play in college?
