JB, Its where we stay out at the stadium Thanksgiving night and cook the whole hog for the pig roast. It started with setting up at practice this morning, breaking now to go have family time and will resume tonight where all us old players watch over the hog, retell the same stories from when we played and watch football, usually the Egg Bowl. Hotty Toddy!

Speaking of the traditional Pig Roast Fri. It will go off at 6PM Central. Donations excepted with 100% of the proceeds being given to families in need. Fellow BW folks are all welcome to join in.

J has lca had that parade they were talking about having when they arrived home from Mayfield yet? I would love to attend that!

This, I hate travel and we often get the worst of it being located so far West but when we host and get to cook that pig its all worth it!

The Old Grave yard, "War Memorial Stadium" has not had any NKY internments other than some large red furred felines from time to time. I couldn't find their plots on Find A Grave but if anyone goes to look for their plots their next to a freshly dug plot where some old Eagles were recently buried.

Of all the players I have watched this year, the WR/S Carter for PT has been the best. He is a 4 star and will show you why he is the best KY has to offer this year.

The #1 overall seed is reaping the benefits of it. I do not think Somerset can hang with the Aces this year.

Most here feel like the grass field gives us an advantage. Who knows if it does but many of us believe it does

Here Kitty, Kitty...? This is the first time I have posted much, other than here or there, in several years and that game last night is the reason. For some reason it motivated me.

Blue bloods for Thanksgiving any way you slice it. I use to love to get on here and rag on the Beechies but I find it hard to do since the Tornado. Beechwood went above and beyond both community and school wise to help us in our darkest hour and for that I will always be grateful. Beechwood is one class act!

I hope this isn't a rules violation, if it is take my post down. The Red Helmet Video is nothing more than a few guys who take it upon themselves to air Mayfield games. Its not a for profit thing but just some fans who air the game for their love of the sport and their team. No biggie until playoff time where the KHSAA fees come in to play. They will air the playoff games as long as they get enough donations to cover the cost so hopefully, they will get to cover the Mayfield vs Beechwood game and I imagine they will get enough donations to cover but it's not a guarantee as each round of the playoffs the cost goes up. Anyway, as fans with no strings attached, they get to be themselves or shall I say homers.

Tilghman is ultra talented! if they can keep their mistakes to a minimum they will be a tough out. The mistake bug has long been a trademark of Tilghman teams.

No place for any tornado references, I assume it was a reference to PT but we lost lives here.

Mayfield is certainly capable of a W but Mayfield will need to play their best game of the year to get a W. War Memorial is one of the toughest places to have to come and play for several reasons and Mayfield will need every bit of help that the old stadium can provide. On a side note, the annual pig roast can only happen if the Cards win and I'm sure Morris can arrange for plenty of hog to go around for the boys.

I love Cartwright and he has been everything one could ask for from a high school QB and I would not trade him for anyone. That said, Boley is as good a high school QB as there is.

No real improvement by Murray since the first meeting against Mayfield. Mayfield easily!
