Even John Hardins defense had trouble stopping Meade rushing attack. I think Mead Co gets the win.

Its all so confusing.

Greenwood would have to win out the rest of the year followed by central losing the rest of the way in order for them to win the district.

The majority of people picked nelson to win it. Before this week Central hasn't had a tough opponent. None the less a win is a win and congrats to the bruins.

Maybe North has a little left in the tank. Nelson Co losing to Central had to be the upset of the night in my book.

Id have to agree with Dragonfire. BG is definately a favorite, but wont win all 4. I also agree that the west will likely win all 4 years.

It wont be as easy as BG thinks it will be to make it to the title game. John Hardin is fielding a really strong team next year and the year after also so watch out. Im not saying there not the front runner for state though. Like someone said earlier it'll be exciting to see the 2 teams collide.

From what i here there will be alot of players missing from the JH side tomorrow night. Starting QB and one of the RBs will be out with mono. 3 defensive starters suspended for disciplinary reasons. 2 OL starters in Iowa for National Choir convention. Now this info is only coming by word of mouth so if anybody wants to correct me where Im wrong please do so. Also the belt on the lawn mower broke so the field hasn't been mowed in 10 days and on top of that one of the sprinkler heads broke so the field is muddy in certain spots of the field. Am I missing anything? Again if im wrong please correct me.

Alot of true statements here. You have to remember alot of the starters this years are juniors so this year is probably more of a learning year for the Bulldogs. Im going to be honest I don't see John making it back to state this year, but next year things will look alot brighter. Just an opinion by the way.

This is a really young Bulldog team. There still breaking in a new QB. In my opinion the running game seems to be better this year than last years. The defense is getting better each week, but over all I'll have to say no there not as good as the 2009 team. They do have the potential to be better though, but that will come with time. If John can get there passing game on track and keep it that way then yes they would have a good chance to compete with this years Bluebirds. Others may think different but thats just my opinion. John still has to make it past the Purples in order to get crack at the Bluebirds.

Most of the state actually thinks that. NC hasn't really been tested yet...till tonight that is.

Fort Knox could easily be 4-0 right now if not for a few breakdowns. Give the knox birds some credit!

On a dry field this is going to be a pretty good game. NC will definitely be a big test for JH. JH has played stronger opponents and there at home so I'll give them the edge. JH 28 NC 14
