The game got ugly as far as flags -- KCD had 16 penalties, Knox had 11. Still, though, what a game.

Yeah, I'm just not that sure KCD's ranking was warranted, and I think that Ft. Knox was better than their record suggests. They've improved a great deal since last year and recent years. A two-point loss to Ft. Campbell should've hammered that home to everyone.

Exactly ... Fort Knox was winless and KCD was undefeated because the Eagles had played a much, much tougher schedule.

Fort Knox could easily be 4-0 right now if not for a few breakdowns. Give the knox birds some credit!

I agree. Knox went into this game under-rated, and maybe should have been the favorites.

 

However, it looks like it was a really competitive ballgame, and may have proved as much as anything that KCD is a worthy team this year. Perhaps not top 10 material, but a very good team.

Score was 41-17 in the middle of the 4th quarter....Fort Knox let their guard up too early. KCD is a quality team though...their QB is for real.
