One district winner will not be happy by facing either Holmes/HC/CCH in the 1st round of region.

It is posted on there now. If I get off work in time I may attend both games. Glad they moved it to NKU to allow more fans to come.

Being a Holmes grad, i can speak from experience that Holmes never travels well. Most of Holmes crowd on the road are usually made up of alums. Its diasspointing students don't take pride in their school anymore.

Huge win for Holmes, NCC has been a thorn in the dogs side the past few years.

What does he base the ratings on? Why isn't Holmes in the Top 4 of the 9th? Wins over Holy Cross and Covington Catholic should put them #2 for now and #1 if they beat Dixie on Tuesday night.

I believe Evans Fieldhouse (Holmes) can hold up to 3000 people. And if you have two great teams playing it will be packed to capacity (see Holmes/Cov Cath 2008 35th District Championship Game) which is always good to see.

Covington Catholic Only bad part about this is that at least one of these teams won't make it out of the 35th District. One district winner will get a bad matchup getting the 35th district loser. Hopefully I can make it to a game or two this year. Regional tournament should bring top notch games this year.

Lex cath will be tough because they always bring a crowd. Dixie has to phase out the crowd and play their game. Pike needs to stay out of foul trouble for dixie to have a shot. I think Dixie will surprise people down at rupp once they start playing. Hatton gets to play on the big stage in the state. Id like to see Dixie win, but i think LexCath wins by 10+.

When was last time same school won 9th region championships in same year?

When was the last time the same school won both regional championships in the 9th region? It could happen today with NCC. I think Dixie will win it though.
