  1. What about Marty or Siemy or Staty
  2. You could get a laptop for a couple hundred of dollars these days and get free software to keep the stats to take to every game. Just don't go to PeeWee's for a few times and save up for a new present for yourself. You deserve it TOG.
  3. ^^ Tell her she's crazy for not helping you post to speed up the process so you guys can spend more time together
  4. No I'm pretty sure TOG means he came up 4 times, 1 HBP, meaning he gets 3 ABs.
  5. No to the first one, yes to the 2nd.
  6. Yes. Stein, Lankheit, Severson to name a few. There are still a lot of seniors on this team and if they continue to struggle offensively, I see no reason to keep them in the lineup when you have younger kids who could perform at the same, if not a higher level.
  7. It's not necessarily the fact that they have a fair amount of seniors on the squad it's the fact that only a few of them have little if any experience at all. I think they'll get it together eventually but I think they need to be putting up more runs. Look at last year with the first 8 games CovCath put up 58 runs in their first 8 games. This year, they've put up 38. 20 extra runs for support will certainly make your pitching staff look like all stars. Take out the Dixie game when they put up 12 runs, this team has 26 runs in 7 games. That's 3.7 runs per game. Absolutely unacceptable. With the Dixie game they're below 5 runs per game. You just simply cannot win many games when scoring less than 5 runs per game.
  8. Sounds like CovCath is having some growing pains. Sometimes they look good sometimes they look awful. Hopefully they can get it together.
  9. Which proves my point even further
  10. I totally agree 100%. It literally was harder for me to get a D in high school than a B or an A. All you have to do is go to class and do the work, whether you do it correctly or incorrectly, if you do it, you will get a decent grade. There's no excuse for a sub 2.0 gpa in high school.
  11. ^^^ If I was a JUCO coach I would definitely have interest in Pittman. A 6'7 forward that's decently athletic would be on my radar.
  12. Looks like Gerwe's stepping up at the plate a little bit.
  13. That's why it was a question and not an opinion
  14. Uh oh. This team is already struggling worse than I thought. Worst offensive team Krumps has ever had?
  15. My same question. He's at 23 or 24 seasons in a row I believe.
  16. A few thoughts on the game from on CovCath: -Logan Siemer is the best player for the Colonels and they will go as he goes. -Pitching is not very deep. -The bats were cold as ever. Couldn't make solid contact but a few times. -CovCath has a long way to go if they want to make it out of the district easily, let alone make a dent in the regional tournament.
  17. That family is just insanely smart. Even the cousins of that family happen to be smart. It's just not fair
  18. I know the Gerwe family quite well. They're all geniuses.
  19. St. Henry was getting rid of their old one. Is that the one that Ryle bought? I know Cov Cath was considering purchasing their old one but I don't know what happened with that talk.
  20. Thanks for the updates mcpapa :thumb: Keep 'em coming.
  21. Reese might get some outfield duties this year. Severson should get some significant time as well.
