  1. Hatton, Quan Palmer, Jalen Avery, Zach McNeil, Zach McCormick, Drew Barker, Nick True, Tanner Moeves, Aaron Morgan, Jalen Beal and a kid from GCL (unsure of his name). Roman Empire - Who did I miss?
  2. Is Dylan Huff from Bellevue an 8th grader or am I confusing him with someone else?
  3. No way the frosh game is won by 16 points. Or by Brossart. Have you read the threads about BB and CCHS? The over/under will be 52. There won't be 98 points scored total in all 3 contests. (Varsity, JV and frosh) The coaches in Maysville need to go have a few diet coke's at Damon's. CC frosh will win! Vegas has CC as the dog +4 right now in the freshman game. They also have the Cleveland Cavaliers with 20 - 1 odds that they will win the NBA championship next year and Cleveland won't sniff the playoffs. So much for the experts!
  4. Some of the games can be watched live using: http://www.ihigh.com/eddiefordhoops/broadcast_123287.html?silverlight=1
  5. Verst is a stud! Easily one of the top 5 incoming frosh players in the 10th region. They also picked up the transfer from Walton - Drew Burns. He's a big body. Not to worry, CC's freshman will beat Brossart's freshman on 12/11/10.
  6. I agree that Scott was successful as a program last year. I was referring to a post made on another thread by Kash that stated championships determine success. I disagree with that statement. Success can be measured in different ways. Championships is the ultimate barometer though.
  7. No sensitivity Mr. Kash??? Just giving my understanding of your posts. My opinion is that you are incorrect on alot of your assumptions.
  8. With your interest in so many programs, you should start a blog.
  9. Interesting. Was Scott's program a success this past season?
  10. So if success is measured by Championships, all but 1 team every year is unsuccessful. That's hard! I agree that you play to win the game, however, success by any program has to be measured against what talent is available. I'm having a feeling that the "True Shepherd" has been reincarnated. Just a feeling????
  11. suc·cess   /səkˈsɛs/ –noun 1. the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors. 2. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like. 3. a successful performance or achievement: The play was an instant success. 4. a person or thing that is successful: She was a great success on the talk show. 5. Obsolete . outcome. Kash, How do you define success relative to a high school boys basketball program?
  12. I see where you are coming from, but the player's abilities and talents matter more than who is trolling the sidelines.
  13. Take a trip to "The Cage" on West 4th Street in Greenwich Village. Fun place to watch basketball. Your son will love it! Ride the subway. An experience like no other. There's nothing like walking through Little Italy. Delicious!
  14. My comments were direct quotes from those in charge (parents, more directly mom) of the player in question.
  15. His mom works at Highlands. Who else works at Highlands with ties to Brossart? I believe they may teach similar subjects as well. I heard they chose Brossart over Walton because they didn't like Trame's coaching style - too in your face. Out of the frying pan and into the fire????
  16. On staff, not just for camps. Looks as if he will be performing scouting as well as coaching.
  17. I hadn't seen this on any other threads, however, I received a camp email today for Thomas More College. It stated that Coach Code had been recently added to the staff. Good luck to Coach with his new endeavour!
  18. There's actually a slogan used by the state to stop the individuals who actually are cheating the system. It's called Freddie Freeloader. I saw this a few years ago.
  19. How was that established? How many men tell their father-in-laws about their career choices/decisions or for that matter relay to their wife to tell her parents about the goings on of job offers. Seriously. Your 3rd sentenced was contradicted by your 2nd sentence.
