Yes it does and that's cool. Its good to have the BGP support from the 15th.

Yes

15th is down Pike County way with the real mountains. Do radiuses still apply in mountainous areas or maybe we need to say 40 miles in Region 15 to allow for up one side and down the other side of the mountain?

 

P.S. - I love the SE KY mountains so do not take this personally
