  1. Here are some names that have left Lexington Catholic: Jaylen Beckham (Bryan Station), Rodney Haddix (Scott County), Joe Harden (Henry Clay), Larry Morton (Dunbar/Bryan Station). Funny how all of those kids had some real difficulties getting eligible (if they even got eligible) when they chose to leave Catholic. I wonder if they had those same troubles getting eligible at Lexington Catholic??? Hmmmm.... Jaylen Beckham-Left Lexington Catholic and enrolled at St. Benedicts in New Jersey, bounced around to several preps schools before coming back to Bryan Station, that was the hold up, not LC Joe Harden-Left Tates Creek to enroll at Lexington Catholic and left LC and enrolled at Henry Clay and was eligible immediately due to Henry Clay offers classes he needed for a learning disability he had Larry Morton-Played at Dunbar as an 8th grader, transferred to Lexington Catholic as a Freshman, sit out due to the agreement with Fayette County, transferred after his freshman year to Bryan Station and played I can not comment on Rodney Haddix as I am not 100% sure what that situation was
  2. Lexington Catholic won the 11th region in Boys Basketball in 2011, no Fayette County school has been to the sweet sixteen since 2005, Henry Clay, seems to me they are still the best basketball program in Lexington
  3. Not sure if this has been mentioned in this thread or not, I apologize ahead of time if it has. Christian Cunningham played basketball at Cordia and moved back to Henry Clay after the season and graduated from there. I know kids transfer for athletic reasons but are not always found guilty, however in this case it is obvious.......He was at Cordia for a total of 8 months, did his family member on staff leave too? Cordia sold their soul to make a sweet sixteen and sadly the kids who are still there attending school are paying the price.
  4. Don't want to evaluate it but you are way off, losing Dence and Letton worse than Lafayette losing Davis? Ryan will play. Do your research, you also posted that Michael Talbott graduated last year......which was wrong
  5. Terrible, Lexington Catholic 9? Lafayette 2? Catholic was 3-1 vs them last year and have much stronger team coming back. You predicted Lafayette to win region last year, lost 1st round, time for you to let someone else evaluate the 11th
  6. If LCA has their expectations in the right place Nate will do well. Some of the fan base acts like they should win the state title next year, and have NEVER been out of the district! Not once. Nate is a good coach and will do well if he has support.
  7. Michael Talbott's next step will be completing his senior season, 2014-15, at Lexington Catholic
  8. There ya go. Way to silence the critics (for now). I always thought your teams played hard and were well coached.
  9. He tell you he wasn't interested? Where did you hear that? You saying he did not apply?
  10. He had even less around him in the district tournament. None of his teammates traveled with him to that football combine, they stayed and actually played basketball.
  11. Why would he not be a candidate? 10th region coach of the year, at Augusta. Has that ever happened?
  12. I also heard three candidates, but I heard Thacker Holland and Jason Hinson. I have said it before and will say it again-- Jason Hinson would be a perfect fit. According to my source interviews will start next week. Heard there were many applicants.
  13. Great coach, from a good bball family. I still think Jason Hinson would be a great candidate. He was 10th region coach of the year this season, correct?
  14. I am shocked nobody has mentioned Jason Hinson. I think he would be a perfect fit for Montgomery County. He has proven he can win, kids play hard for him, good with community, knows the region. That would be the first call I make if I am Mont. Co.
  15. LeMaster is inside the system? Thought he was let go as an assistant several years ago. Is he working for the school again? Is Derek Robinson a teacher at Bourbon?
  16. Do they have any applicants? Not a good job right now.
  17. Would Preston Lemaster and/or Jason Earlywine be interested?
