Shina Giwa is a very tough player and will be a handful but replacing 30 points a night is very tough. I'll agree that Sullivan will make a HUGE difference for the HC post game and will add a scoring threat. Watch out for Trimpe to average about 10 a game this year.

He coached Beechwood with Mike Romes and company that made it regionals one year and won a conference championship the next.

Daniels will be fine, he suffered a "stinger" in his neck which I heard also caused his shoulder to go numb. If it were not a scrimmage he wouldve been back in the game.

The Tigers really battled last night. The first game was a great one until NCC got close to 21 points then it seemed Beechwood died. Good game by the Tigers, truely showed heart. But NCC is too stacked with Schulte, Freppon, #28, and the Freshman Snyder.

They're missing Sorrel. I don't know if they will compete with some teams that they contended with last year without him.

Defense does win championships, but I agree for a big man Shelton has a nice jumper. Ludlow will have a better season than last year.

Pangallo can handle the ball, but is turnover prone. Also I would say that Connor can shoot with anyone in the region. I believe he had 10 3s in a game against Holy Cross last season.

Would disagree on LCA falling that far, state runner up and didn't graduate much, can't see them out of the top 3. Beechwood lost so much to graduation that IMO they aren't a top 3 team yet. They don't have a QB and they have holes in the O-line. I know they have Mainello(sp?) who committed to Central Michigan but other than that no proven guys.

I would say that Calvary and Dayton are going to do well, Calvary will probably have the best season in school history IMO. I truly believe the DIII crown goes to either Calvary or Beechwood but you never know, Ludlow has Williamson and Shelton coming back and if you put shooters around them and who knows.

Ludlow could contend for the DIII crown if they have all their players and they keep their mind to it.

Brewer transfered last season and I guess has returned, but Newport will be very good this season and could come out of their district as the champions.

I was reading Cats Pause the other day and saw Tate Nichols(sp) from Ryle being looked at by Kentucky. Anyone have his stats from last season?

NCC will be tough in the All A classic and I would say they could be the favorite.

Holmes is supposed to win thats true, but thats why you play. That being said I'll take Holmes also.
