Was the guard eligible for the region? Thats all I will say and if you are half the private investigator that you claim to be, this is gonna be a easy one. Lets just say that episode probably did not go unnoticed.

Rebel man why would you be standing at the courthouse waiting for a parent? Also if Bottoms had went to bat for the doctors kid like he did his guard( the Danville transfer) to save his rear, then this conservation would not be happening. See thats what its all about. If you are gonna be a hardcore coach, then just know that everyone is watching with a microscope. And I mean everyone.

According to what I know( which is not alot) the kid was disciplined for taking a visit to a college for football( Notre Dame?). Who in their right mind would discipline a kid for a visit to a college they were maybe going to get a opportunity to attend? Seems like that they would be happy that the kid was getting a shot. Im sure the football coaches at Boyle love that veiled shot at them rebel man.

Ive been checking into this some. Seems like there were some problems and some parents that were not happy. But it also looks like Bottoms would have been canned if he had not resigned. Ive heard lawsuits mentioned as well. There is more to that story than is being told here. I also hear that Springate is the #1 candidate at this point.

Scotty Bottoms was different kind of coach. I think Scotty rubbed some the wrong way and thats was the beginning of the end. The program at Boyle should be strong. Pittman had that program in tip top shape when he left. I heard today that they are getting a short list together that included some current 12th region coaches( maybe the current COY). Anyone heard anything.

Wow, wonder who the leading candidates will be for this job? Another 12th region coach? Maybe a past player from Boyle? Comments?

I have heard that Bobby Keith's prodigal son, Todd Messer, name is being talked about very heavy in Manchester even as we speak. Spurlock ref fiasco may very well come back to bite him.

While Rockcastle does return some players they will not be able to replace Rowe with anyone they have coming back. Danville loses Milby, I dont have to say anymore than that. Casey is some slow, but a quality team. Wayne is always in the mix. Southwestern will continue to struggle in post season play. If they dont do anything this coming year, you wont hear about them for awhile. They lose it all after this year, including a coach. Monticello never plays up to their potential, or have not since Abbott left there for greener pastures at Clinton. Lincoln will be the cream next year. Write it down.

Thats my point, turnover after turnover. Rice did not have them mentally prepared. Who will be your guys coach after this coming year? Rice is leaving after this year right? Im glad we dont have to worry about Coach Story leaving Lincoln anytime soon. He is a class act.

Im sure Coach Jones took the game serious. He could not put the ball in the basket himself. I think that region wise this year Jones and Jackson did a great job and maybe they should be co coaches of the year. Woods from Wayne did a good job as usual and the West Jessamine coach did also. The only quality run Southwestern has ever made was two years ago in the region. Anyone can win a district 69 or be runner up. Look at this years region when you lost to Mercer County. Do I need to say anything else?

I dont think Monticello will be that good next year oldballcoach, nor Southwestern. Monticello plays to weak of a schedule and Southwestern always folds tournament time.

Who will be the tops next year? I say: 1. Lincoln Co 2. Casey County 3. Wayne County 4. Rockcastle County 5. Somerset

Good win for the Patriots! Pulaski was just out manned in this game. Coach Jeff really knows his stuff.

Casey is a very good team. Hatter is the key to this team and a very smart player. Rowe in times past has been turnover prone and the battle under the glass will also be a key in this game. Anyone heard if the game is on?

Lincoln had Casey on the ropes and a few well placed calls turned the tide. Great Job Lincoln and great career #3. We will be fine as Bustle, Upchurch, Brown and the others will return. Coach Story is one of the best in the region and we also have some of the best assistants in the land. Keep your heads up girls you had a great season.

Coach Jones is far above Coach Thacker on getting things done. Rob Jones has done great things on less talent year in and year out than anyone else in the region. Coach Jones is one of a kind and we need more like him. As far as Monticello's coach, he is a great young coach and gets the most out of what he has to work with. I agree that if he had Somersets talent, he would be hard to beat.

Boyle is very limited. Lincoln is not bare and I concur with Mr Network, the cupboard is not bare. I think Boyle underachieved this year. And that starts up top.
