super Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 I was thinking, we need a prediction thread for this game, I think the game will be close for a while, but Lincoln Co. will pull away in the 4th to win by 12,65-53. Anyone else like to jump in?
OLDSCHOOL PATS Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Pulaski Co. is playing on there home court but I think the Pats senior leadership will help them win a very close game 72-66.
southernkyhoops Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Lincoln will play in Rupp, no one left that can beat them!
warrior_69 Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Lincoln will play in Rupp, no one left that can beat them! Oh i think Pulaski can beat them. They are just going to have to play a flawless game. I think this game will be closer than everyone tends to think, I'm going to say that this game will be decided by less than 5 points. My guess is that this will probably be the best game in the 12th Region this year. IMO.

The Banker of the South Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 You are way more wrong than your Schulz for Coach of the Year. Lincoln by 25. 80-55. lol Lincoln names the score.
Mr.Network Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Pulaski Co. 48 Lincoln Co. 44 That would be Lincoln County's lowest offensive output of the season. It would take a tragic turn of events for that to happen. What are the Maroons going to do differently from the 75-56 loss in January?
DreamLand Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Lincoln is to much for either of the three Pulaski teams. Lincoln by over 15.
Ky Sports Junky 5 Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Pulaski on their home court will be very tough, they bring a very big, rowdy crowd. I'm going to pick the Pats to advance to the Regional Championship.... LC wins by 15+
summer set Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 That would be Lincoln County's lowest offensive output of the season. It would take a tragic turn of events for that to happen. What are the Maroons going to do differently from the 75-56 loss in January? 1. Play very physical defense. (which Pulaski is capable of) 2. Defend the 3 point line . (which Pulaski is capable of) 3. When Young penetrates block his shot and or foul. (which Pulaski is capable of) 4. Dominate rebounding (which Pulaski is capable of) 5. Play a deliberate semi slow down offense and get the ball inside at every opportunity, Pulaski Co. should score at will if they can get the ball up the court and get the ball inside. The negatives are, can they do #2 and # 3 at the same time, by defending the three it will take away a lot of their help when Young gets in the paint. Fast breaks will also be to Lincoln's advantage, Pulaski will have to get back on defense. Pulaski's defense will be there, the big question is if they can limit turnovers and can get the ball inside.
Southern Gentleman Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Lincoln is to much for either of the three Pulaski teams. Lincoln by over 15. Dont think West Jessamine is in Pulaski County- pretty sure it is in Jessamine County. Lincoln is def the favorite and should win- but pressure is on them and they know it- other 3 teams have nothing to lose- funny things happen at March Madness so lets let them play it out and wish all three teams good luck and whom ever it is lets get a W at the state tourney for the region over the 8th
hector Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 This will be a great game. PC will have a hard time guarding Lincolns quickness, but Lincoln will have a hard time guarding PC's size. Lincoln has experience, PC has the home court advantage. I am taking Pulaski in an upset 58-52.
