Upchurch played well as did all the others. Lincoln is a team. Coach Story is also a class act and we are lucky to have such a coach. And yes we had no problem getting our game in.

Lincoln played Garrard tonight and Boyle is currently playing Danville( down 4 at the end of 3) with no problem whatsoever. I also heard today that Rice is the leading candidate at Pulaski County. Any truth to that from all my friends down south?

From the sounds of it, it looks like Mr Food Network himself, Coach Timmy Rice is the culprit of the cancellation.

I don't think that most teams in the 13th are gonna trust those refs that were consistently asked for by the Clay Coaches. As a matter of fact I have already heard this from some coaches.

Any school caught recruiting or cheating or using ineligible players that were already in court, should have their title stripped. Highlands a few years ago was a good example.

I think Lincoln or Southwestern is just as good as Casey County. Don Story and Tim Rice are both good coaches and very successful. I think that nobody in the region can defend the Salyers girl from Southwestern.

Yes he was ruled ineligible. Yes their record for that year was 2-13. Yes they exhausted all appeals and were found to be in violation. That is the facts that cannot be disputed. And yes they should have had to forfeit the title.

I was not there, but I did read the paper. Also what happened the 2nd and 3rd quarters? From the box score it looks like the second team from LCA played alot in the 4th quarter. The game was never in question after the starters for LCA kicked it in. Im not putting Casey down, but I think the last game of the season is going to be a good one, dont you?

You need to tell all the story KYHOOP. Look at the box score after the first quarter. Like the above poster said, Harbourtown is great and the bikes are a must. Get your grocery's before you get on the Island. Its my favorite place to vacation. Lots of good places to eat.

I know that they are not in the same district and we have played before, just not this year. I am just saying that your road out of the district is not set in stone. By the way, KYHOOPS what are the district games for you guys anyway?

Casey could be lucky to get out of their district. Thats what they need to be worrying about right now, not the sweet 16. Lincoln would love to play them again.

Casey plays a pretty weak schedule as a whole. They have played two or three good teams and the rest are easy games for them. I say Lexington Christian by 13.

Nikki Bustle hit a huge three in the fourth quarter to seal the deal. I also thought Keira had a big game. Another very physical game. Adkins( Somersets coach) was over on the opposite sidelines from his bench( which happened to be right in front of our crowd) before the game working the refs. I have never saw that in my life before.

30pointer I just dont see your point. Lincoln shot the ball very bad and did not move their feet on defense, thats why they had so many fouls. Crying sour grapes over the refs is not the cause.

I saw this game. Very evenly matched teams. Wayne controlled the pace and stayed in the game. Lincoln is a very good team. Both point guards for each teams are very good. Young has a great head on his shoulders. I really like this kid. Decker was out. I was told that he has a back problem by a fan.
