Lex Cath has a great RB and the QB is ok and can win games. Having said that I am hoping for a Holmes win for Coach Lickert but I have a feeling Catholic has the experience and will pull it off.

I know for a fact that the game vs. station gets brought up a lot and they will NOT allow that to happen. Couldn't have said it any better THUNDERBIRDS.:thumb:

I'll take the Birds by 21. Even with Collinsworth coming back he won't play a lot. They will make sure he is ready for the later games. Go Birds!!!

You're right Dale is smarter than he looks and smarter than people give him credit for. I have spoke to him and know people that have played for him so they are practicing for every scenerio and if he decides to pull out all the plays HHS will be scary. I hope I'm there when everyone is healthy and they hit their stride. Wow that will be a good time.

The play calling has been drving me crazy for a while BUT Dale and his staff know what they are doing so their is no reason to complain about it. They keep winning and out scoring the other team! Good luck Birds win state.

Trust me I have seen these 7th and 8th graders and its gonna be a lot of fun the next couple years. The things these kids can do is amazing. I would strongly suggest coming up and watching if you all the time Monday evening.

He wouldn't give up the pass because he ran the plays that were called for him. If the play is bootleg PASS then thats the play you run. I will be the first to admit that HHS should have won that game but its not Jared's fault. You win as a team and lose as a team. That team had the talent to win state but CCH stopped us. Try giving the blame were it should go!

Couldn't be prouder to be a Bluebird!!!! Amazing game and a huge win for them. I pray that Will is ok because he deserved this win. He played great. Congrats to all the birds out there.

I am a big HHS fan and I would like to think they have a chance. The problem is that they haven't played as a full team yet and really put everything together. Now I hope they do Friday night and keep it close but if they play the way they have lately it could be a long night for the Birds. Best of luck to them!

Best: Winning State in 96 and 98. Being a part of one of the greatest teams in the history of Kentucky scoring 801 points our senior season Worse: "Mud bowl" enough said. I agree he has done a great job a Scott. I wouldn't mind seeing him come in for an interview as well. I just think that Code would be a nice solution. I am sure Willie will talk to him if he hasn't already about playing second fiddle to football, but that goes for any coach that is going to step into that position.

Mike Code is the reason HHS was so good when they had their run of 9th region finals. He constantly stressed defense and the defense just wore teams out. Willie and John Messmer did a lot but Code was the reason they could shut down a team. Just my opinion!

Nice job coach. Couldn't be any prouder of the new HHS team.

It has been too long since I have seen something about the HHS baseball squad. How is the new field? How is the team going to fair this year? How is the team reacting to the new coach? Please help me out. I am out of town and need my baseball fix.

And trust me it makes a difference. Those extra feet kill ya. If a team presses you theyt wear down at the end of games.
