Lexington Catholic(7-4) is firing on all cylinders. They are red hot. Holmes(9-2) has been fairly consistent all year long. Holmes dominated East Jessamine last week 42-0 while Lexington Catholic beat the snot out of Pendleton County 62-0. This could turn out to be an interesting game. Who wins this one and why?

Is there a true underdog going into this game?

Holmes would be considered by many as the true underdog. That being said, I think they should enjoy that roll and take advantage of it. :thumb:

Where's this game being played?

I believe at Holmes. I'm not 100% sure on that. They are the #1 seed in that bracket with Lexington Catholic being the #2 seed.

I don't think Holmes is going to contend with Lex Cath very well up front.

Do not look past Holmes front they are a little speedy on defense and have some good technique on offense. Holmes by 6.

Lex Cath wins this one 35 to 14.

I voted for Catholic because I would like for our round 3 game to be at home, but I wouldn't mind traveling to Covington if I have to.

Lex Cath has played in some big games this season. They will not have to much of a problem this week.

Holmes has had a phenomenal season so far but I don't see them winning this game. I think they will put up a good fight but they aren't on the Knights' level yet.
