How bad is SK's offense to only score 14 on the much maligned and much scored upon Dixie "D"??

BB outmanned tonight for sure, but contributed to their demise with a pick 6, fumble recovery for a TD and a couple of very short fields off TO's contributing to TD's in the 1st/2nd period onslaught.

I was just in Toronto last week and one of my customers said his son was a really nice basketball player, and asked my thoughts on their potential move--Pulaski County or East Ridge?? :D

The only other move I could think of would be to move Spencer Brown to QB, where he played earlier in his career; but then you lose your best receiver? I think there was another player who's name escapes me, that was in the backup mix as well, but he's also injured. Guessing they stay with Hackworth and make the best of it?? Definitely a set back they didn't need--Jesse did an awful lot for this team!!

Their original backup and JV starter was injured a few weeks ago, so they are down to the frosh. Sounds like he played well in relief of Orth, but HC is in another league than Newport. It will be a tough challenge for the Mustangs, but they'll show up and compete.

Good win for the Wildcats!! Good job by the Mustangs to not quit down 28-7 when starting QB Jessie Orth went down and out by ambulance early 3rd period--Hoping he's OK, as it sounded like a serious hip/upper leg injury. 3rd/4th string Frosh QB (backups already injured) took over and led them to 2 TD's. Speedy back for Newport (forgot the name) had a huge night, and the 'Stangs couldn't solve him all night. Game was the "Tackle for the Cure" fund raiser for breast cancer awareness. Mustang's interview with "Chicks & Chucks" Breast Cancer Awareness Group's Cathy Hollaran at halftime puts HS sports in perspective!! Great job Newport HS and BBHS!!

Guessing Campbell is on the improve, but getting blown out back to back weeks by a 1-A team (albeit a good one) and a 1-5 (coming in) team who's one win was 6-0 is well--Embarassing!!
