I'm sure the response will be a little more detailed. It doesn't matter other than the fact that stranger things have happened. After watching both teams play, SK will win 9 out of 10 games with highlands. And after hearing today on the grapevine that Crane is healthy and ready to play the rest of the year, all the more reason to think that SK will win this game. If they don't, I will eat the same crow.

Beechwood 35 HC 7 I think B-Wood wears them down in the 2nd half.

I heard that Crane may be back as early as this week? (This from some parents in the stands last week) I still think it will be a good game with the edge going to SK.

I was also at the Highlands / CC game. The bottom line is that Highlands was out played. yes, they had some turnovers in the first half that may have cost them the game but isn't that part of the game? CC had as many dropped passes if not more than Highlands so that's pretty much a wash. I would also say that Highlands had a chance to tie or win the game late in the 4th quarter, however CC made the big plays and Highlands didn't. As far as Highlands being the best team in NK, I would have to disagree. I'm just a fan that has nothing to lose or gain by this statement. I pick the game of the week as I see it and go watch. If I had to rank teams as of today, I would rank them SK, CC, Ryle and then Highlands. No disrespect to anyone. I've seen all the teams and that's just the way I see it. One last thing, I think all 4 teams are very close and you match up any of the 4 you will get a really good football game.

Not a 100% sure but I think that CC locked up that division and would play the winner from the other division. Which I think is SK

I love football and my kid would rather play football than eat I think. The reality is this. I've seen 100's of college coaches at the select baseball world series and bigger tournaments. I've only seen a few at high school baseball games. And only then to see a player or players that have already been noticed at the select levels in summer baseball. It not fair to the under classmen to make a decision on which sport to play at that age. And in today's world there are far to many HS kids making those decisions based on their understanding that if they do not participate in the off season programs, they will not play.

Wow!! Oct. 18th CC vs Ryle or SK vs Highlands. Which game do I watch? Both should be good ones.

Pioneer you are correct, Campbell County and Ryle both have lost one game. Both to SK.

SK plays Conner next week and then Highlands the week after that.

Maybe not any worse. But I'm sure their not any better. You can't lose your best two running backs and say your a better football team.
