My understanding was that he would not have to wear the brace on his knee after football season? Not sure about the truth of that statement, just what I heard. I also heard that he may play JV basketball. Again just by way of the grapevine and you know how that goes!!

He had a partial tear in his MCL. It happened in the Campbell County game over a month ago. He's trying to play through it but you can tell he's not 100%. The speed is just not there yet.

He had a couple of key 3rd down runs that resulted in first downs. On one of them, the Crane kid was brought down in the backfield and the play was 10 yards downfield. That's what I was saying about you can't key on 1 player. And it's happened alot the last 2 weeks.

I agree. But that's the price you pay when you key on one person. The last couple of games against Highlands and Cov Cath they keyed on Crane and Baldwin hurt them for it. That's what makes SK hard to defend, you can't key on one person. If you do, the other one will beat you.

You are correct Sweeperboy. If SK beats Cov Cath this week and Highlands and Campbell County both win, there will be a 3 way tie and a coin toss will decide who play in the title game. If Cov Cath beats SK then they will play in the title game.

I was mistaken about if Highlands or Cov Cath beats SK. If Highlands wins and Cov Cath loses then I think CC wins the division based on head to head with Highlands. If Highlands loses and Cov Cath wins then Cov Cath would wins the division base on their win over CC. Both based on CC winning out. If both teams beat SK and their's a 3 way tie ( division and overall record) I don's have a clue who comes out?

CC is still in the mix but SK has already played them. I believe all 3 teams have the same record right now? So the way I understand it, the next tiebreaker would be overall record. If either Highlands or Cov Cath loses to SK, I think that would eliminate them provided CC wins out.

Crane played limited and SK did win their division. So they will play the winner of the other division. The other division will be based on how SK ends their season? They play Highlands this week and Cov Cath next week. If either team beats SK then I think that is the team that comes out of the other division provided they win out. What a mess? I will say this, if SK plays the way they did tonight, they won't win out. Four turnovers and 10+ pentilites, that won't beat Highlands or Cov Cath.

I'm not sure what that does for that division? I think that gives each team a lose in division and not sure what the tie breaker would be. Maybe overall record? SK still has to beat Conner to win their division.
