A decades old grudge match. Hard fought, but usually goes to Whitley in the end. What's going to happen this season????

With Whitley dropping the last few games, I look for them to be hungry for the win here.

I going to go out on and limb! Whitley County in overtime!

Whitley is coming off 2 tough losses so I am sure coach Black will have them ready to play. Coach Mitchell will have the wildcats fired up and ready to play too. I will go With the Cats in a close one at home 40-34.

Just hard for any 1A team to play with a decent 5A team, but Lynn Camp deserves a lot of credit for just being willing to play them every year.

Didn't Lynn Camp beat Whitley at home the last time? I think so, I feel like they will do it again 26 to 21, I agree on paper 5A should beat 1A every time, but they play on the field not on paper. Should be a good game!

Joe Roskoph is a great back, especially at home.

Lynn Camp has a great offense and they move the ball well.

Whitley did lose to Lynn Camp the last time they played at Lynn Camp.

Whitley won last year when they had a patchwork team (decimated by injuries)

Whiltey has played a tough schedule, and have seen some good talant.

Whitley is averaging over 400 yards a game over the last 4 games, so it may come down to if they can stop Roskoph. They held Letcher to less than 300 about 200 below their average, but gave away the game with bad special teams.

Gotta go with the Colonels.

They did but look at the overall record of the series, also that year was probably one of the best Lynn Camp teams ever and they still had to give it there best effort to win.

This years team has just as much talent, if not more, as the 2005 team. should be an interesting game. But that is just my opinion.

I agree with the overall record, the win by LC in 2005 over Whitley was the first in many many years but most of the time the games were close and hard fought. IMO Lynn Camp should be able to pull it out at home.

I don't doubt Lynn Camp on having a shot but like most years in this game, they just have to win before I will be convinced, I guess it is my own bias in always wanting to pick a school so big against one so small, although I gotta say I like seeing the little guy win a whole lot more than the big one.

Letcher had 326 yards of offense, which is 89 yards below their season average.

I think Lynn Camp has a shot against a young Whitley team, but think the Colonels will pull this one out in a barnburner.
