Several years back there was a youth football program started in Danville, which is Danville Youth Football. Doing this these teams no longer were a part of Danville Boyle County Recreation football. Is it to early to see results from this program. Or could starting kids so early hurt the program. Just food for thought.

84-13 is a bit much. I do feel the score could get ugly. We must remember that when Boyle subs, in some positions, they lose very little if anything. Those JV players should be playing very hard looking for some varsity time. Maybe not with Mercer but with anyone when do you pull a player like Rees. Should he be left in to have a big numbers game allowing him to have a chance at Mr. Football. And be accused of running up the score. Or do you pull him or anyone to prevent injury.

unfortunately Rees is at a huge disadvantage. If he were the only back Boyle had his numbers would be out of the roof. But that is not the case Boyle has 2-3 other backs who run the ball very well. We also should consider minutes played. Rees was pulled form the Pikeville game early as Boyle had a commanding lead. One should not only look at his numbers but how his influnce on the field changes the entire game. Good luck Rees the Rebel nation is pulling for you.

Absolutely

The Rebels are off Friday and I chose to work But I will be able to listen. Can anyone provde info as to what web site will stream the game. Thanks.

Before you are so quick to speak you may want to consult your tourism committee and your varsity club as I am fairly sure we the Rebel nation left behind several dollars in your community. Dinner $45.00 includes the tip Drinks $ 6.00 Ice Cream $4.00 Program $1.00 Tee Shirts $20.00 Tickets $16.00 Total $92.00 If you subtract the $45.00 dinner then the remaining total($47.00) should have went directly back to your athletic program. If you consider $47.00 an avarage for a family of 2. Then you multiply that by who knows 100 families gets you a total of $4,700 dollars that the Rebel nation left in your program. That would be a Gross total. Surly everything purchased had a 100% markup. Thus making the app. grand total about $2,500 donated to your program. Just some numbers to consider By the way how much does a reserved seat cost?

My man popcorn was there and in fine form. Thanks for telling them how you really feel popcorn.:thumb:

Thanks purplepride very interesting info. Good thread.

Just because they ask doesn't mean it will happen.

When Boyle returns next year can we sit on the visitors side please. The stands on the home side are horrible.

Thanks LILREBEL very nice post.

The Oline will continue to open holes. Rees will have another Mr. Football night.:notworthy: I predict around 250-300 yards.:thumb: Can't wait lets go Rebels

I thought the kicker kicked well also. It seemed it kept Tates Creek pinned deep.

Good luck Ads have a safe trip down. Well see you there Go Rebs.

Sorry I don't know names but #24 and #47 looked really good. Whittle had a super game. Just like all the other Rebel games we were out sized yet we seemed to control the line of scrimmage. The Rebel nation has a lot to look forward to.:ylsuper:

What is Pikevilles pass vs run ratio.

At this post time the poll is 50 Boyle/Pikeville1. These games scare me how easy will it be for Boyle to over look a team like Pikeville. Knowing Coach French and staff, they will do everything possible to not allow this to happen. But we must remember that these young men, are youg men, and easily distracted. I read somewhere that Pikeville has a big line like Rockcastle(very big line) and they like to throw. Anyone heard anything different?

Whats the possibility of Will Dunn playing Saturday night?

How many tackles did the Abney kid have?

No surprise here I knew they were a good team.

Rees Macshara averaged 27+ yards per carry tonight. He really put on a show.:notworthy:

IMO those are Mr. football numbers.:notworthy:

Well I guess when I went out on a limb and predicted a Marion win. I wasn't as far off as those who predicted Bell would win big.:thumb:

Very nice post Rebel88 but a sad one. Those of us who are ambulatory forget to consider those who aren't. Multiple options are available. Isn't their laws that state and I paraphrase If the structure is remodeled it should be brought to code. So define remodel? Mabe being out of compliance was never brought to their attention. I'll see you at 3:30. go REBELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely
