Is Daniel one of Robert Fosters boys from McKinney.

What will we the faithful Boyle practice watchers do while the men are at Camp. Maybe we could me just as always and watch a highlight film on the jumbo tron.:thumb:

When I last spoke with Jordan he said his knee was fine. Does it look ok in practice.

They leave Monday morning and return Thursday afternoon.I think Coach French and his staff will bring them home as one unit ready to make a run to Bowling Green. French really turned around the '08 team. And should continue to work his magic on the '09 team. :dancingpa

I think the team is looking forward to Jabez. They are dying to hit somebody in the mouth.

Is Jordan still playing D end?

I may be a little slow. But if you find out what  means please help me out

How about you folks at Bell?

Two maybe three four at the max.

Big? Experience?

Ahh, stopping the run is always difficult.

Any details on the JV game with Rock?

I heard that Knox Central was a really good football team. And they will beat a lot of teams this fall.

Any news from the 7 on 7 at Union today. From the sound of things we didn't look real good at Western. Thanks for your post 64 BLACK And Gold:clap:

If anyone makes the trip to Western tomorrow. Would they please post as to how we do. Thanks in advance

Correct me if I'm wrong but when you win 5 straight state championships you become complacent. This group of kids were sitting in the stands and playing little league when that run took place. This group along with the coaching staff have the desire to put in the extra time and effort to be State Champions. Look for Boyle to lose one game in their march to Bowling Green. French and company will bring them together and they will be a very special team. If Boone learns to throw the soft pass over the middle he will be a very good quarterback. Only 7 weeks can't wait Go Get'em Rebs.

Paul Megilligan will also be a force to be dealt with.:D

Doesn't coach Lean a little towards the run anyway?

Who do you feel will be Mercers toughets opponent.

Yes they did it was some sort of bowl game for freshman. And yes he was a beast. It went into triple overtime.Boyle up by 7 then Trinity scores and decides to go for 2. They line up everyone to the left sideline except the center and the qb. Couldn't believe my eyes when they snapped the ball in that formation.

We asked some of the folks that was watching and no one had seen him on the field.

PurplePride92 I agree with you. But I also worry about Lex/Cath and their ability to replace and rebuild.

I did make it to see a little of the 7 on 7 with Lincoln. It was hard to tell much. I thought Boone Goldsmith looked pretty good they seemed to work on long plays down the sidelines quite a bit. The Givan and Talbott kids made some really nice catches both long and short. If French and company can find some receivers and defensive backs they will be a hard football team to beat.

Lex/Cath did graduate some key players off the 08 team. But they have the core team returning. As we here at Boyle well know they can and they will find kids to fill the vacant positions. If Boyle can beat Lex/Cath in the regular season they will stay at home for the playoffs, this would be a huge advantage. This group of juniors at Boyle could be the strongest group to come through in some time. They are small in stature but they are quick and very hard nosed. This group were Salt River Conference champions as 7th and 8th graders. They only lost one game to East Jessamine as Freshman. And went undefeated last year, their J.V. season.

Is this true.:ohbrother: How about a link? Wow what a roller coaster ride for the Mercer County kids.
