Those 2 games were probably some of the biggest in the rival history. I think even the first Theguru was on the sidelines taking photo's. I remember he got a sweet picture of me and I was on the rotation of the BGP homepage :lol:. As for the bolded, I think people are putting way to much pressure on this guy. I wanna give the guy some more time to see how its all gonna play out. I dont think anyone is calling for his firing after one year. The guy has the some HUGE shoes to fill. Not to mention, players gotta get used to his system.

Was this on purpose? My senior year we played Dayton and that was our final score. Side note. Is it me or does this game not have the "flare" past games have had?

Really hoping Bellevue rights the ship this week. They need a good win going into Dayton next week.

As I said in that thread Bellevue may not be slipping as much as people think but it could be more of other teams (WV and Brossart) are getting better and I think both of those teams made statements Friday night.

I think its an overall of everything going on down in B-town. The talent level of this team isn't as high up as the teams from previous years and I think that has hurt them alot. I'm not saying that this team don't have talent but they are in need of a big confidence boost. I also believe that teams around them are getting better (Walton, Brossart) which makes Bellevue not look the same as they have in previous years. I wouldn't put all the blame on the coaches either. Coach Shearer has EXTREMLY big shoes to fill coming in after Coach E. If you played for Coach E, which I did, I know that he is one of a kind man and that Coach Shearer has an enormous amount of pressure on him to be what Coach E was. I really hope this team can get it together and soon. They have big games coming up and I hope to see them come together and get some wins under their belt.

If things keep up like this in Dayton, they are gonna be hurting when the play Bellevue in a couple weeks.

Newport BIG. Dayton is without their QB and from a friend of mine, I heard they are having big team chemistry issues.
