Add Hayden to CovCath and take Knox away from Holmes since the 2 point CCH loss to the Dawgs at the Fieldhouse, and I can see the Colonels rated ahead of them.

Except that Holmes is a "lock" to be in the region, and the Colonels have to beat Holy Cross. No way will Beechwood beat Holmes.

Here is who I think makes the REgion.

Boone Co

Cooper

Dixie

Lloyd

NewCath

Highlands

Holy Cross

Holmes

Agreed. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say we see the following matchups and brackets:

Dixie

Cooper

Newcath

Holy Cross

Holmes

Highlands

Boone Co

Lloyd

Has the 36th draw been done yet to make it official Newcath and Highlands are on opposite sides of the district bracket?

Yep....all signs point to an NCC/Highlands District Final but the Birds have to get past Dayton and Bellevue first and I hate to say it but I dont even know how to predict those games. They can show up and blow em both out or they can not show up and be in a dogfight.

If Highlands does make the REgion....I would take a 1st round Holmes game anyday over meeting Holy Cross or Dixie.

Walter or anyone else who may know and I apologize if this has already been talked about, but what is the status of Knox - Will he be back for post season play ?

When he wants to play I believe he is a key factor for the Bulldogs obviously.

Pretty sure he is done but they beat Newcath at Newcath and put it on Conner without him so I'm not sure how much it truly affects them, other than interior depth. They become much faster without him but Knox is certainly a key piece as seen in the second half of the Cooper game they lost.

I guess tonights' game against Pendleton Co will tell us more.
