Most improved teams over the past 5 seasons

Lets hear the nominations for the team that has improved the most these last 5 years. Add records if possible.

IMO, there is no doubt.......Bryan Station. I do not know specific records, but they have made a big move in the last couple of years. I do not think this year's team is as good as last year's team who had great leadership in Tino Washington.

I don't know about 5 years but Bwood has done well during the past year and a half.

Lee County has been turning it around. I don't think they are done yet either. Not sure of the records as of now, but they are making improvements! Used to be a cellar team in the 14th and now are a top 5 team in that reigon.

Boyd County has definetly improved since last year, thanks to the addition of Antonio Owens.

Bryan Station has gone from 1 win 4 years ago to a top 10-15 team the past 2 seasons. I doubt many programs can top that resurgence.

I would say Magoffin County in the 15th is another good choice.

I agree no doubt....but it's Pendleton County. Losing record 5 years ago before Biggs took over. Now top 10 in state, coming off a state tournament appearance and #1 in the 10th region.

Morgan Co. was 38-61 in 1997-2001. Since then a regional championship with a record of 105-30. Thanks to Mathew Perry. :thumb:

Agree with this one...also Football team on the rise too at Morgan Co.

1999-2000 10-16 Lost 1st round of district

2000-2001 7-18 Lost semi's of district

 

Biggs Era:

2001-2002 13-14 Lost 1st round of district

2002-2003 12-17 District Runner-Up; Lost 1st round of regionals

2003-2004 20-11 District Champions; Lost semi's of regionals

2004-2005 29-5 District Champions;Regional Champions;1st round state

2005-2006 6-2 ???
