EKU has offered Devon Bruns.

Good to hear.

EKU has offered Devon Bruns.

It will be interesting to see what position he plays in college.

Awesome!!! I am happy for Devon. He has a motor that doesn't quit....:thumb:

Just sitting in Cakeville right next to the 9/5 pub and grill is enough to make me sick!

LOL!!!

How exciting! Atta boy Devon, enjoy the ride (and your visit)!

My guess is that Devin has seen the last of his three point stance. He was utilized in a stand up position a few time over the last two years and even dropped ionto coverage a few times. I don"t think there will be a lot to the transition for Devin and we know that the speed is there to play LB.

Would have been nice to see Burns play LB at UC or UK.

Congrats to Devin on the offer from EKU! Will he be accepting this offer or is he still planning to go to UC as as preferred walk-on?

Also, is the Enquirer not coming out with its All-Star Team this year? I have not seen it published online and I seem to remember it coming out between Christmas and New Year's in previous years.

Also, I am aware of Patrick Towles accepting an offer to UK, Drake Bruns accepting an offer to UC, Devin Bruns receiving an offer from EKU and being offered a preferred walk-on spot at UK, and Austin Sheehan planning to go to UK as a preferred walk-on. Any other HHS players with plans to play collegiate football?

I'm sure there are others in the senior class who will play college football. Nick True, a sophomore tight-end this season, is already hearing from big-time college football programs.

He is a beast of a person in stature. Wonder what position/s Colleges are talking with him about?

I know that Moorehead State is looking at 2 kids

If I was to guess I would say offensive tackle. If he added some weight I think he could be very good..I don't see him playing tight end in college..JMO

He definitely has the height and feet to be an offensive lineman in college. The offense at Highlands doesnt throw to the TE too often so I dont know if this will be a position that will showcase his pass catching abilities. I do think he has nice potential though and one of the schools I heard was ND.
