Big East scenarios get real clear now. In all likelihood, if Cincinnati wins on Saturday, West Virginia goes to the BCS. If Cincinnati loses, Louisville goes. There is an outside shot that Cincy could get up there in the BCS rankings, but they've got a long way to go.

I wished the Bearcats would take a dive for the sake of the BEast conference.

Another close loss for the Bulls that was in their grasp, but couldn't reel it in. By the way, go UCONN!!!

USF coaching lost this game. Throwing jump ball after jump ball near the endzone only resulting in 3 points. Rushing only 2 at the end.

 

Couldn't agree more. The fact that BJ still can't tuck a ball properly when running, just reenforces that statement.

There were lots of blue and gold clad UC fans leaving Raymond James this evening.

UC, Rutgers, Miami, and West Virginia, all games lost on the final play of the game. At Rutgers we still could have won it in regulation had Bonani just hit a gimme field goal with time running out. Tonight, the game is basically won. All they have to do is center the ball and run the clock down. Then BJ fumbles it away. The coaching was atrocious on both sides.

I realize Cincy has an outside shot, but we all know that is not going to happen and they do as well. Are they really playing for anything on Saturday besides pride? I would guess it is not going to effect their bowl position one way or the other.

^If nothing else, they should play for the integrity of the league. A 5 loss team making the BCS is a complete mockery of college football.

I am a Louisville fan, but I do have to say that this season has been a headscratcher. While it is fairly evident who the best teams are, there are many uncertainties with many of the one loss teams. This could have been a season very beneficial for a playoff. As much as I hate to say it, even Boise State with their loss to TCU is more worthy of an at large bid than this year's Big East representative.
