Two great and well coached teams....I think Lex Cath wins 24-16

Boyle County gets their revenge on LexCath's field. We are ready this time around. Much different and more confident team. Boyle County by 10.

Although I wasn't in attendance for Boyle game vs. Rockcastle last Friday night, the BGP posters who were said the passing game for Boyle was virtually nonexistent, something like 4 for 15 with 1 INT, that will need to change this week vs. Lexington Catholic. I envision a close game with the home team winning, 29-23.

The passing game has been a model of inconsistency all year long. You are absolutely right. One week the qb can't hit the broad side of a barn. The next week the receivers can't catch a cold. I wasn't at the game lat Friday but it sounded like it was a mixture of both last Friday. I do remember at least 3 drops n the first 4 passes. If LexCath gets pressure on our qb then things will get difficult for the Rebel passing game.

Is it fair to say that whoever wins the Eastern side of the bracket in 4a will be a 3-4 touchdown favorite over the west in the finals?

It was "fair" to say that the last couple of years, but it didn't work out that way. Teams lay it all on the line in the finals. But the east does look to be the favorite.

Interesting fact, do not know how long this dates back to but I think almost everytime that these two teams play twice in a season, one team always wins both games.
