Agreed. I'm really hoping these kids weren't pimped out to boosters and big donors to the foundation. Not only is it a disaster to the kids, but wow will it be a bigger deal and scandal than it already is.

The ESPN update I saw said they decided he wouldn't coach Saturday for his safety. I still feel ripped off to hang Joe Pa in the town square and more or less give this guy a free pass is terrible.

Legal analyst for CBS was talking this morning that it may be that the guy has received a deal in exchange for his testimony. Without it any case against higher ups gets tougher.

Just saw a picture of the guy Mcreary, he is a pretty good sized dude. Happens all the time, you let the little guy go so you can get testimony about the big fish. He has the power to make this case or make it go away, at least against Paterno. Perjury charges? You think he's going to be worried about that in a case like this?

To me there are only two options here:

 

1. McQueary lied to Paterno or the Grand Jury.

 

2. He told Paterno and Paterno and PSU covered it up?
