Taking Bama in what should be the National Championship game. Going with home field in this game even though LSU has been very good in Bama. Either way two best teams in the nation.

I'm taking LSU. Just a gut feeling. I don't think anyone need be ashamed if they pick this one wrong.

Already getting my fill of all the experts talking. Mistakes are the key, last year they used a end around trick play with the wingback to gain huge yardage and get a first down, so we know about their plays. I just don't think we would have gone to WVA and give up all those points to them like LSU did. The experts show on CBSSN is on at 4 PM on wednesday. Randy Cross and three others, and I'll watch that one.

 

Nick is very good on revenge games in his history, and we only have lost once (last year to Auburn) since 2006 at home.

Bama by 3

LSU 20-17.

My take is that if its close I'll take LSU. Les Miles is the one coach in the country who always plays to win, and not "not to lose". He will take all the chances right or wrong. I'd just hate to go against him in a big game. First big game for McCarron could be trouble as well.

I like Bama in a close, low scoring game. Make it 17-13.

My take on this game is that with all the media attention and everyone self procaliming this the National Championship game is that we are all being set for a let down. Rarily do these types of games come down to the last possession. I am predicting one of these teams will steam roll the other but I am not sure which team will administer the beat down. Heck, even CBS is promoting this as "The Game of the Century".

I am goign to take LSU in this one. Even though I would like to see Oklahoma St play in the National Championship game, the real championship game will be played this Saturday!

 

I am looking for Coach Miles to throw in some kind of trickery in LSU's first offensive series.
