September 22, 201114 yr I had a teal and purple Hornets Starter jacket. I rocked mine during the LJ days as well. I actually got it because no one in Bowling Green had the Hornets one yet and I had to be original with the team I chose to represent through my starter jacket. I'd wear one now if I could find one. I need to read this article. The past two Christmas seasons the Florence Mall has had a store that sells them. If I could find one of the hooded all black jackets I would buy one.
September 22, 201114 yr I had the sweetest Notre Dame starter wind jacket..it got stolen at a grade school basketball game. That was the end of me owning (thanks to my folks), any kind of apparel that held desire amongst my peers.
September 26, 201114 yr I had a Michigan one, back in the fab 5 days! Loved that jacket! I sold it on eBay like 5-6 years ago for like 30 bucks! I had the Michigan one for the Fab Five Days also.
September 26, 201114 yr I actually bought three for a combined 10 bucks at a thrift store in Lex. Bulls, Hornets, and Cowboys. Add those to the Florida State and Notre Dame I had as a kid and I'd say i have a pretty sweet collection.
September 27, 201114 yr I HAD a Charlotte Hornets one, and still have a UC pullover that I use when I shovel snow or play outside with the kids.
September 28, 201114 yr I had the Cowboys and Bulls...I loved the Velcro pocket on the stomach area... So you had the pullover Starter jacket, huh? Mine was a complete zip up.
