As I mentioned in the THS-Elder game thread, all of a sudden that 38-14 preseason scrimmage Highlands loss to Trinity in Louisville is looking pretty good for the Bluebirds... may be the closest game Trinity gets all year (and I'm being totally serious, BTW).

 

Keep it up Trinity. I hope the Shamrocks beat Cincy St. X like a drum and then kick Moeller's teeth in.:madman:

I think we need to cool it on the scrimmage comparisons. Not even close to the same thing as a real game. T would beat Highlands by 50 or better if they played tomorrow.

This was Elder's worst home loss ever.

Does anybody know the rules of high school intensional grounding ? The reason I ask is , they don't call it in one game , then it's called on a game that I'm listening to on the way home. The only difference is , one was in Ky and the other was in Ohio. Are the rules different from one state to another ?

One thing that sometimes get overlooked when people talk about Trinity is their coaching staff. Led by Bob Beatty, they are very good. Beatty is a proven winner.
