Well this has been fun so far! I have gone to every game this season. In both of the TN games I thought we played pretty good, but could improve in many areas. Told my friends

that when things really started to click, it could get scary. Elder saw a glimpse of scary last night. Beatty's teams always get better as the season progresses. We seem to be

pulling out more things each game. I know some on here do not care for Trinity. However, I hope everyone is having as much fun as I am watching us beat the crud out of these

TN and OH teams. Time for some payback next week!!!!! We need to bring the whole Rock Nation up there....... GO ROCKS!!!!!!!

That is literally an entire season (maybe even an entire HS career!) for most high school WRs.

How do you not prepare for the team you are playing! I'm sure Elder prepared for this game. They have good personal and coaching. When you have a top 10 nationally ranked team coming into your house... you prepare!! I think what happened is Elder was not prepared for the actual speed the Rocks put on the field at so many positions. You can't simulate that in practice. IMO! I thought we would win, but by maybe two touchdowns.

 

Lastly, I just want to say that the Elder fans I talked to were flat out the nicest people to hang out with. Also, the student section was off the charts. You could really feel the rich and proud tradition of the panther fans. Just a great stadium for football. I'm glad I was there to witness this one.Way to go ROCKS! I loved the all white uni's. That was a first in Trinity's history. Can't wait to make the trip to Cinn St. X...

I concur totally. Especially about the E Fans. What a great bunch of folks. Ran into about 1/2 doz. at Half. One Gentleman told me "Your Offense is just plain scary." Very very complimentary. What a night.

Wow, any chance Trinity could schedule an Alabama or FL power instead of smoking everyone in 6A playoffs this year? I understand this is not possible but would be fun to see them play someone from Miami or Hoover/Pratville next year.

I remember the payoff for you Tdy at Pine Mountain. I believe that was the week they dynamited the southwest corner of the mountain and the largest crowd ever watched Highlands beat Bell Cty. I think they estimated 7000 in attendance. I do remember the payout for your winning ticket was $134 bucks. I think they paid you with a check also didnt they....... LOL.
